The way she cut it also made it easy for me to fix and maintain. She really took her time in making sure all the layers were even and using a roll brush and straightener to make sure everything was just right. I thought they appeared to be a little short staffed and then I saw on Facebook that they are looking for stylists, so I can't fault them for that. There's also no predicting how many walk-ins may come in (I was a walk-in but I was not kept waiting long at all). I look forward to returning and using their other services!

Rinsed off and my hair was dark brown. Far from blonde. Then she cut how she wanted. I wanted a Bob, chin length. She cut out around my ears and layered all over. Then to top it off charged $100. I should have questioned then and there, but didn't want to make a scene. I texted her when I got home. She said price difference was cause when I came in and asked for cut and touch-up. I asked for cut and color. Then she said you wanted hair same as your hair in back of your head. I resent her the pics and they were not even close. Would not recommend.

They don't overcharge or try to upsell you on products like so many other salons do. Just really great hairstyling and down to earth people. I always look forward to coming in. The previous stylist obviously did not know what she was going. Leila was amazing, talked through what she was doing and did her best to fix it. Obviously she couldn't make the chunks grow back but she did her best to minimize the missing hair. I left much happier and booked a follow up specifically with her. Ok cut, not great though, and good brow wax but not a great experience. The stylist I saw refused to face me to the mirror. Every time I tried to turn towards the mirror she turned me to the wall. If I'd been seeing her for years that may have been ok but not ok for a first visit. She also told me to turn my head versus using the chair or moving herself. I get looking down but I've never had someone have me turn my head left to right. Not sure I'll be back :(

I have never loved the experience of getting my hair done, and she made it easy to be honest about what I wanted and what I did not want. She also was very transparent about pricing which made everything so much easier. I got partial highlights and cut off about 5 inches.
