I told crystal about past experience with previous hairdresser. I showed her pictures of how my daughter cut my hair. Explained I wanted same color and same cut. She had me turned away from mirror when put on die. It was black, she said Don't worry it lightens up. I told her my hair lightens up, cause I'm outside alot. Then she left on for one hour. Rinsed off and my hair was dark brown. Far from blonde. Then she cut how she wanted. I wanted a Bob, chin length. She cut out around my ears and layered all over. Then to top it off charged $100. I should have questioned then and there, but didn't want to make a scene. I texted her when I got home. She said price difference was cause when I came in and asked for cut and touch-up. I asked for cut and color. Then she said you wanted hair same as your hair in back of your head. I resent her the pics and they were not even close. Would not recommend.

Popped in first thing this morning hoping I could get my haircut and surely enough, Brandy had a cancellation. As I observed the inside of this business I realized it had a super cool vibe, very relaxing and Heather was a true ambassador for the business. She welcomed me in and gave me an AMAZING haircut and had a cool conversation about life and living. EXTREMELY happy that I stopped in and gave this business a chance. As a male (with longer hair) I appreciated the fact that they cut men's hair. Even if I didn't have longer hair, I'd still HIGHLY recommend this place for your next hair appt. I'd also like to say that I'm super jazzed about Heather Brown Hardwick running for mayor. Did some research and ABSOLUTELY love her leadership style, grace and energy that she will bring to the Pleasant View community. For all you men out there that don't think a women could handle this job...think twice! This young lady is a PERFECT fit at a PERFECT time to continue to lead our community into the coming years!! Very excited for her and her family!! So, in saying all of that, I'll just repeat...THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! Many thanks Brandy for welcoming me into the building and I will surely be back!!!

It looks awful. He came in super cute with a "brushed to the side look" and now it's a super short bowl cut. I never feel comfortable not tipping but if I could have, I would have not only not tipped but not paid is for the cut. I wouldn't go there again for a child's cut. I can't speak for other services they offer. Tried them for my hair. AWFUL! Over 8 hours $200+ and not pleased even after all said and done. Be careful who does your hair there. They all are not as experienced as they seem or say.
