Neither one cut their hair as instructed, (if you can't do the Haircut, you need to disclose this prior to cutting someone's hair) Then one of the girls turned to my wife and said: "well what do you want me to do, we can't glue it back", really lady, I had to bite my tongue and not lash out at this girl. As a father you want the best for your boys, and a hair cut is one of them. I love what Jenni has done for my wife and what Melissa has done for my boys but I doubt I'll allow my kids back here again... Good job girls for your lack of etiquette of hair styling and unprofessional mannerism. I'm giving this a 3 of 5 because of Jenni & Melissa, but if they were not a part of this establishment I'd hand them 0 - 5!!!

The salon is really cute and comfortable, I got the best scalp massage on a heated chair! My daughter was very happy with her hair cut as well. We will keep going and I highly recommend this salon!!

I got a wild hair and decided I wanted to go blonde this summer. Misty helped me regain touch with reality since my natural color is dark brown, but she also gradually got me to a BEAUTIFUL blonde color that I absolutely loved. She helps me think outside of the box and pushes me to try new things, but I never walk away with something that's "just not me." I get compliments on my color all the time. Misty also did my hair and makeup for a black tie gala we had last Spring and I got compliments all night long. I have a feeling I'll be going to Misty for a long one to come!

On my first visit, she was able to do a color correction for me and it looked great! This time, I asked for a 1 1/2 inch root melt with a vanilla blonde balayage. I walked in there with six weeks worth of grow out, and came out with what looks like four months of grow out and nothing else. Extremely disappointed, and I hope that this is not the overall attitude at the salon. The salon itself is very clean and professional looking.
