If you have hair and you want an educated, passionate, and wildly talented stylist, look no further than APS. Our first appointment, she rescued me from my hair crisis and brought me back to my favorite red hair color after I spontaneously dyed it box black in college. Though I always want my hair to be some shade of red/maroon, Jodi makes each style unique, vibrant, healthy, and beautiful. The other girls at the salon are so nice - they are a big family and when you come in, you're a part of it. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your "me time". After years of stylist hopping my boyfriend finally took my advice and now gets his hair done here by liv and loves her work as well. I can confidently recommend any of the stylists here, because jodi is a phenomenal teacher and boss and makes sure her staff is always learning and growing. After experiencing the customer service and the incredible quality here, I'm not sure why you would want to go anywhere else. #TeamAPS for life!

I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply requested that the service be corrected or that I receive a refund. Every service carries some uncertainty, but a business with integrity takes responsibility when a customer is dissatisfied and works toward a fair resolution. Telling a paying customer they are no longer welcomeand blocking them, rather than addressing the failed service, speaks volumes about their customer service and accountability.
