I love this place! I learned about it through my sister and Jiyan (the owner) made me fall in love…read morewith her. Her personality is awesome and she makes you feel like you're the prize every time you are on her chair. She listened to me and my expectations (very particular) for my hair and she came through. She is welcoming, professional but also flexible. The salon has different stylists as well which I had to used before and she also did a great job filling in for Jiyan. The vibe is always chill and you will usually be the only one there. It's been just a few times since I started going there that another stylist has been doing a service with someone else. They just got a nail tech that does amazing stuff and she is in one of the private suites. They have a skin specialist as well. They have a phone number that you can TXT to make appointments or find information. I definitely recommend this place!

My 13 year old daughter wanted her punk/emo hair before school starts. My daughter is no wimp and…read morehas had half of her hair shaved off when she was 6. She is bold with her hair style and color choices. I spent over $200 on a hack job that looked like a 50 year old lady a basement with NO certification would unfortunately do. You gave a 13 year old girl a bowl cut like a boy, NOT the wolf cut she requested. The red and "purple" color, I'm sorry there is no purple. It's barely even blue and the red already looks like it needs touch ups around the roots because of how far apart it is. I said she has had her hair dyed before and I wasn't playing. Sending a 13 year old girl to middle school with such a crappy hair cut is social suicide. I questioned that hair before we left and my daughter couldn't see it she was just happy knowing there was red in her hair again. Your 20 something year employee or I'm assuming granddaughter wanted to book it out that door and I was going to stop and have that disaster on my daughter's head corrected. It wasn't until later my daughter freaked out when getting her nails done when she saw that: 1. It was uneven; 2. The left side was more of a bowl cut while the right side was slightly longer; 3. She said she looks like a guy; 4. I can't see the color that much; 5. The purple isn't purple it's blue; 6. It was NOTHING like we had shown them. Trust me I didn't want to use you people, but my daughter wanted her hair done. I would have rather waited 2 weeks for a better hairstylist, paid $100-300 more than the original $200 on someone more talented, and why I stick with my hair dresser. This place is for old ladies getting ripped off and your lucking I leave 20% tips where I go.
