On my first visit, she was able to do a color correction for me and it looked great! This time, I asked for a 1 1/2 inch root melt with a vanilla blonde balayage. I showed her photos and even commented that her hair was similar, and I was looking for the same type of coloring technique, but with my requested colors. I walked in there with six weeks worth of grow out, and came out with what looks like four months of grow out and nothing else. Extremely disappointed, and I hope that this is not the overall attitude at the salon. The salon itself is very clean and professional looking.

If you are being attended by Jenni for color and Melissa for hair cuts you are in good hands…read more However, I am amazed by the two girls that attended two of my Three boys today. Neither one cut their hair as instructed, (if you can't do the Haircut, you need to disclose this prior to cutting someone's hair) Then one of the girls turned to my wife and said: "well what do you want me to do, we can't glue it back", really lady, I had to bite my tongue and not lash out at this girl. As a father you want the best for your boys, and a hair cut is one of them. I love what Jenni has done for my wife and what Melissa has done for my boys but I doubt I'll allow my kids back here again... Good job girls for your lack of etiquette of hair styling and unprofessional mannerism. I'm giving this a 3 of 5 because of Jenni & Melissa, but if they were not a part of this establishment I'd hand them 0 - 5!!!
