Visited Valhalla Tattoo for a consultation on getting similar tattoos (not matching) for my wife…read moreand son. This was our son's first tattoo. The owner Pagan, met with us after he finished up his last appointment of the day. He was great! He was patient and real with us about style placement and took the time to give his full attention. He made us feel comfortable and excited about our endeavor. After about 5 minutes we decided we wanted him to do the work. After trying to figure out the best time for us to come back, he said "let's just do it now ", and so we did! Now keep in mind they were about to close for the day, and he didn't rush us or make us feel like we were imposing. This was a great experience for us. He was very personable and it was the most fun we've ever had a tattoo shop. My son was a little nervous about it because it was his first time, but Pagan made him feel at ease and even was cutting up with him, and now I think our son is hooked after his experience. Pagan and I discussed other tattoos for myself in the near future, so we will definitely be back. It's people like him that make these types of experiences enjoyable and something to look forward to.

She was very professional, patient, understanding, and eager to please... She even took photos of our experience, per our request... She went over aftercare instructions and provided us with a copy... Jade also supplied us with her personal cell on her business card and encouraged us to call, if we have any future questions or concerns. Oh, I also need to add that I called the day before to inquire about piercings at tattoo establishment vs Claire's, etc... As it was going to be my first tattoo, I was quite a bit nervous about it, and wanted to go to one of the best. Evolutionary Studios had some pretty great reviews, and after looking at some of their artwork, I decided to choose them! I reached out to Kevin, who at that time was the only tatoo artist there, and sent him some pictures and gave him my vision of what I wanted. He told me he would love to work on my design, and told me I could come in on the day I requested. About two weeks before my scheduled appointment for the tattoo, I came by to check out the studio just because I hadn't been there before. The studio is in a little strip mall off of Main St. It's very clean, and felt almost doctor's office-ish, which I liked! Kevin wasn't there at a time but his apprentice Doug(who is now actually an artist there!) was. He was super friendly, offered me something to drink when i first came in. He let me check out the studio, see where I'd be getting the tattoo done ,and answered all my questions! I follow his work too and he's been doing pretty great!! So the day of my appointment, I came in and had to fill out some paperwork. Then I met with Kevin and he showed me the design and asked me if there's anything I wanted to change. It was just what I wanted, so we went ahead and started. He talked to me, and played some music while doing it. I felt very comfortable during the process, though yes, it did hurt for me! The tattoo came out beautifully. I couldn't have been happier with it! I stopped by a couple times after to make sure the tattoo was healing properly. They also offer a free retouch within 90 days, which I took advantage of! I would highly recommend Evolutionary Studios for your next tatto/piercing. They do excellent work, and really do take care of their customers!
