I called on 12-18 and got an appointment with Billie Jo for 12-23, just in time for Christmas. I have very thick, long ( mid-back) hair, and I'm usually in the chair at least an hour. Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. Bangs were an absolute mess, completely uneven. The back was butchered, looked like someone went after it with dull pruning shears. It was choppy, stylist didn't even try to blend it either. You could see where each individual cut ended it was terrible. It is not a great feeling when your request gets ignored and something as personal as your hair gets ruined. Avoid this place.

Fast forward 5-6 months she has opened up her own business here and is doing what she loves! She offers specials for first time guests as well as occasional deals. Honestly I have yet to find any colorist that does as well as she while keeping prices affordable/reasonable . I went back in December at this new spot and it is perfectly charming with a cute boutique in the front that offers clothing, jewelry and more.
