I'm visiting my daughter for Christmas. I needed something done with my long hair and newly cut…read morebangs. Everything was overly flat ironed and stringy looking, like it always needed washed. I was just looking for a nice place close to my daughter, I get lost a lot... LOL, and I found Tangles in Springfield TN. I called on 12-18 and got an appointment with Billie Jo for 12-23, just in time for Christmas. I have very thick, long ( mid-back) hair, and I'm usually in the chair at least an hour. Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. My hair looks natural, and I feel so much prettier. Thank you Billie Jo Grant!!!!

Charging me 240 is ridiculous. That's out of the question and y'all most definitely did bleach because I'm at another hairstylist at the moment. Who knows y'all did bleach so don't lie

Just don't. My partner went in recently, and asked for a men's style cut. Stylist decided that…read moresince my partner didn't look like a man that they were just going to do whatever they wanted instead of what they were asked to do. Bangs were an absolute mess, completely uneven. The back was butchered, looked like someone went after it with dull pruning shears. It was choppy, stylist didn't even try to blend it either. You could see where each individual cut ended it was terrible. It is not a great feeling when your request gets ignored and something as personal as your hair gets ruined. Avoid this place.
