I cannot recommend Fringe based on my experience…read more I paid for a perm by Jude that did not produce the promised results. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply requested that the service be corrected or that I receive a refund. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to offer either solution and chose to dismiss me as a client. Every service carries some uncertainty, but a business with integrity takes responsibility when a customer is dissatisfied and works toward a fair resolution. Telling a paying customer they are no longer welcomeand blocking them, rather than addressing the failed service, speaks volumes about their customer service and accountability. If you're considering this salon, I encourage you to ask what their policy is if your service doesn't turn out as expected. Based on my experience, don't assume they will stand behind their work.

She knew how much a good haircut could boost my confidence, which I've really been needing. She was incredibly kind, she even helped me move to the washing station and carried my O for me.
