I called on 12-18 and got an appointment with Billie Jo for 12-23, just in time for Christmas. I have very thick, long ( mid-back) hair, and I'm usually in the chair at least an hour. Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. He had nasty nails and gave my son a haircut so hideous he was emotionally scarred from getting future cuts. They aren't happy to provide service, definitely don't go out of the way to do anything.
