I found out about this salon after seeing two people I know post on social media their Posh glam and the makeup was flawless. After I began follwing them on social media after seeing all the great looks I was determined to get glammed their the next time I needed something special. I booked a photoshoot last min so I called the salon. They called me back same day to let me know they could do my glam the next day. Aignes Rogan the owner did my makeup. You can tell she has really good vibes. There were times when she was instructing them in a very calm and caring tone. The glam did cost a wee bit more than I'm used to paying however I don't regret it, it was worth every penny. They even sent me with a lip kit to refresh my lips!!! Day of my appointment, I walk in and it's more beautiful than I could ever imagine. I had the privilege of having the owner do my hair and makeup, AMAZING!!! Price wise; I felt $65 was a bit much for my short hair and makeup I felt it was too little $75. The owner used brand name makeup (MAC Cosmetics & Morphe on me). The artist and stylist came and did an amazing job however on the 9th of June I was charged another $346.26 . This is a large sum of money !!!!! I contacted the accounts department who said the money will be refunded and to contact my bank . I never received a refund !!!! I have now had to hire a third party as well as my bank to try and retrieve my money . The way the accounts department has dealt with this is appalling !!!!! I feel very ripped off . I will be taking this further as you can not take money from hard working people . This was the first time I had taken time out for myself in years and this is how your customers are treated !!!!
