Upon arrival I was impressed with the salon, very calming music and it looked clean. Once I sat down to get my nails done I was frustrated that they didn't have a strengthening base coat for the nails which I get to avoid my nails breaking with gel but again, thought "whatever". Then, while my cuticles were being cut I noticed she nicked my pinky finger which was what started to set me off - I'm not paying to get cut, I will go to a surgeon for that. It wasn't until I had already left the salon that I looked at my nails and realized what a terrible job had been done. Refer to the attached photos to see how one of my nails hadn't even been completely stripped of the color I had previously (it's a light pink so barely visible) as well as how that same nail is only half way painted. She begins the process and starts the first layer of polish and then stops and tells me that the color won't work as it's too translucent and my nail can be seen underneath.
