I was just looking for a nice place close to my daughter, I get lost a lot... LOL, and I found Tangles in Springfield TN. I called on 12-18 and got an appointment with Billie Jo for 12-23, just in time for Christmas. I have very thick, long ( mid-back) hair, and I'm usually in the chair at least an hour. Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. My hair looks natural, and I feel so much prettier. Thank you Billie Jo Grant!!!!

I was visiting from out of state and had made the mistake of coloring my own hair prior to my trip. Big mistake. So, upon a recommendation from a friend, I viewed a recent before/after on their Facebook page. I was stunned at how similar the hair of the client on the page was to mine. Then, to see the "after" pic was EXACTLY what I wanted. So, I contacted the salon hoping they would be able to squeeze me in because I was leaving town today. They put me in touch with the stylist/colorist, Vanessa. I cannot say enough good things about her work! She has a gift. My hair was basically orange and brassy and she corrected the color and tone, gave me a much needed cut and now my hair is soft, silky, glossy and beautiful! I feel like a new woman! She was so patient and took her time to really care for my hair. We had such a nice morning...She asked what I wanted for the final result and we discussed different options along the way. She told me exactly what she was doing through all the steps, which reassured me. I couldn't be happier! I had an opportunity to watch all of the other staff through my morning and it was clear that all of the ladies and their clients were very happy and committed to each other...taking the time to ask about families and leaving with smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Mia Bella and Vanessa!

You can tell they care about the details, from the nail color menu book to the incredibly comfortable massage chairs. We came in for a couples pedicure and were seated right on time. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing without feeling stuffy or rushed. What really stood out was the value. We've had couples pedicures in Orange County, CA, and this experience was better while costing less. For a salon in Tennessee, the level of service honestly exceeded expectations. We were so impressed with our visit and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing experience -- even for couples.

Upon arrival I was impressed with the salon, very calming music and it looked clean. Once I sat down to get my nails done I was frustrated that they didn't have a strengthening base coat for the nails which I get to avoid my nails breaking with gel but again, thought "whatever". Then, while my cuticles were being cut I noticed she nicked my pinky finger which was what started to set me off - I'm not paying to get cut, I will go to a surgeon for that. It wasn't until I had already left the salon that I looked at my nails and realized what a terrible job had been done. Refer to the attached photos to see how one of my nails hadn't even been completely stripped of the color I had previously (it's a light pink so barely visible) as well as how that same nail is only half way painted. Not sure if I got a bad nail tech or if I just wouldn't go back but I also attached a photo of the one hand that was done decently for reference.
