I called on 12-18 and got an appointment with Billie Jo for 12-23, just in time for Christmas. I have very thick, long ( mid-back) hair, and I'm usually in the chair at least an hour. Billie Jo washed, dried and styled my hair in 30 min. She listened to my concerns, and did my hair perfectly, not flat ironing too much and giving my bangs some volume. So, upon a recommendation from a friend, I viewed a recent before/after on their Facebook page. I was stunned at how similar the hair of the client on the page was to mine. Then, to see the "after" pic was EXACTLY what I wanted. So, I contacted the salon hoping they would be able to squeeze me in because I was leaving town today. They put me in touch with the stylist/colorist, Vanessa. I cannot say enough good things about her work! She has a gift. My hair was basically orange and brassy and she corrected the color and tone, gave me a much needed cut and now my hair is soft, silky, glossy and beautiful! I feel like a new woman! She was so patient and took her time to really care for my hair. We had such a nice morning...She asked what I wanted for the final result and we discussed different options along the way. She told me exactly what she was doing through all the steps, which reassured me. I couldn't be happier!
