Phu and Trena are the best. They really get to know you and treat people's with respect and still have fun. Phu likes to tease people and have fun with that said they remain professionals. When I was going thru some medical issues and my immune system was down. They opened up early on Sundays just to do my nails without anybody else there. They did this for me for over a year and then when Covid hit he did the same thing so I wasn't around people and maybe catch Covid. They do my nails the way I want them and they always look awesome. Trena is an amazing artist. I have never had an issue with my nails and I have been going there since 2014. I recommend them to everyone that would like to get their nails done. read more

My say so daughter and I called ahead of time to ask about prices on a full set of gel nails over the phone they said 38$. We get sat down and they start applying the nails. I wanted stiletto shaped and she wanted coffin shape. We were told it was gonna cost 5$ more JUST TO MAKE THOSE SHAPES?? So we had to end up getting the "40$ shape" and hers look absolutely hideous!! There super thick looking and WAY to big for her nails! I am contacting the BBB Zfirst monday morning cause I feel like it was a bait and switch situation. I came to Nail Art with my sister who is a Muncie local and I was not impressed. We came into a salon that was packed with 20+ customers, many standing around waiting because the owner told them they would be right with them, and 4 nail techs. We waited for an hour until they started our nails. My sister's gel polish, full set and manicure turned out great and she paid $30. I got a gel pedicure and it was $50 but it was NOT worth that for me. Phil RUSHED through my pedicure. He did not properly cut my cuticles or my nails. I am not exaggerating when I say he took 5 seconds on each foot. He aggressively rushed through the leg massage, then painted my toes so sloppily to the point where the gel polish was on my skin. This salon did not follow COVID-19 guidelines. I really should not have stayed and that part is on me. I didn't feel the environment was sanitary at all and the service poor. read more

I had a terrible experience. I was overcharged for my half ass, messed up, lumpy ass nails. Phil is the only person I like there, but his new employee was not qualified enough. I was charged $55 dollars for my manicure, took my old acrylic off, didn't put any new ones on, and then charged me for acrylic?! I'm a reoccurring customer and I was not satisfied with my service. My full set was $80 but atp press one would have looked better. read more

This place was nice and the staff were nice and funny. However, I ended up with cellulitis in my finger from getting my nails done here and it's moved up into my hand and my arm and I am now on kephlex antibiotic and had to have my finger drained read more

My 13 year old daughter went there for their 22 dollar special charged her 33 and wasnt even close to what she wanted they are really short and ugly called to complain and he tried to say he could fix them for two dollars more said i wasnt paying any more when he had all ready over charged he hung up on me. I absolutely love Phil and Trina, they are super nice but their business etiquette and quality have gone downhill. In the past I have always loved their work. But they are not adhering to the New Covid 19 rules. I went there this past Friday and I had made an appointment at 3. I was supposed to have a manicure and pedicure done. They told me to go to the pedicure side and all of the chairs were full. I waited for over 30 minutes and finally a chair opened but I sat there for over an hour and a half. My chair went through 3 message cycles while I was waiting. They were taking every single person who walked in and did not have an appointment and those of us who did had a very high wait time. Then this older woman did my nails. She didn't even do the design I asked her and she charged me $65 for a new set of nails with horrible design. When all was said and done I paid $95 plus left $20 in tips.. which I've always been a good tipper. They did not practice social distancing and people were allowed to come in with no masks. And they were not doing these appointments on time. I spent 4 hours at their store! I also told the woman painting my nails I wanted the design on my big toe and she completely ignored me. After going to Nail Art since I moved here from Ohio 2 years ago, I will not be returning. They should have given me a discount for as long as I waited. Greed is a real thing. When you put greed and money over peoples health and you take Walk ins before scheduled appointments , I will have to take my business and money elsewhere. read more

I am disappointed. This is by far the worst nail salon ever. My gel polish lasted 2 days before it chipped off. DONT GO HERE.

i can't even rate this place a one. i went today for my first time ever going there. i got gel nail polish & i came home & it is already chipping. i came in & the guy started doing my nails and then another lady walked in about 10 minutes after me. i hadn't picked a color yet (any other place i go to, i pick it off of a circle thing with the gel nail polish) he then told me to go pick a color. i got the color, & i came back. he started on the lady's nails that walked in after me!! i was sitting there for at least 15 minutes for him to paint my nails!! while i was sitting there, another lady & her daughter walked in. the lady said she was getting gel & her daughter was getting regular nail polish. the daughter was looking at the nail polishes and dropped one & it broke (accidents happen. she's just a little girl) she was embarrassed. the lady doing someone else's nails rolls her eyes and continues what she is doing. the guy asks if the girl is okay, she's fine. a few other people came in, one of them were complaining about their gel & how it was already chipping & how a nail broke off and she just got them done. she was picking a color & dropped the nail polish. the lady that was doing someone else's nails (the one who rolled her eyes at the young girl) yelled " are you kidding me?!" she said we had one break earlier. the guy was calm about it. it was horrible service. AND MY GEL NAILS ARE ALREADY COMING OFF!!! i was pretty irritated that the guy was trying to rush. there are timers on the led lights for a reason. he didn't let them dry, AND he didn't put on the clear coat before putting on the gel! i then didn't like a color so i asked if i could change it and he said "why it's fine. " i said "i don't think so, i don't like it. " & he told me to go pick another color. i did & he wiped the polish off with his finger, so now, i have a dark sparkle & a light sparkle. ( pictures attached.) i almost want to go in and tell him to fix it for free & make sure that he does it right, but i don't want to go in for them to peel off THE SAME DAY!! if you want to get your moneys worth, DO NOT go to this place. it's ridiculous. read more
