It doesn't feel right what's the point of booking an appointment if walk‑ins get priority. Also, a price list or a clear breakdown of what each design or jewel costs would be really helpful. My nail tech, Kiara, did give me a breakdown herself, which I appreciated, and she made sure I was comfortable with the cost. Kiara did such a great job and I will definitely get my nails done by her again.
