We are light eaters (saving calories for that cream puff which we split). Ooh that Bahama Mama was as good as I remembered with a tasty slightly sweet bun. Usually at least part of buns get tossed. Not this one, i ate the whole thing. The Bahama Mama was topped with sauerkraut and onions at my request. And big thumbs up for the ample serving of the sides of German potato Salad and red cabbage. Their were 2 choices for the cream puff, peach and the traditional vanilla. I chose vanilla. Not quite as good as I remember, a little soggy, but maybe because we took it home on a mid 80's day. All in all I was extremely pleased with this food truck, it's employees and their attention to detail. They were up and running before their appointed time. Evan, who took my order during my last visit, assisted me again tonight and was once again polite, friendly, and extremely accommodating. As for the main attraction--the wings were amazing! I love how they even cut up the chicken so they are already in nice bite size pieces as there is no way I would have been able to cut that up easily with a flimsy plastic fork. Pickle issue aside, everything else was quite tasty and much enjoyed. It smelled delicious when it came out too. The service side of the truck is nicely decorated with fake flowers/leaves and the menu. Staff was friendly and efficient.

They use regular dinner rolls for buns. The green beans were very flavorful. Secret ingredients from Mom. Then there was the Mac and cheese, made with 4 different cheeses. These guys don't skimp on food or flavor. Plus, the dudes running the truck are funny and certainly give good advice on what to try. This one is a can't miss for me whenever I see them roll into town (which is pretty rare where I am). However...if you have little kids...maybe just send mom or dad up to order, as it can get spicy (just like the roll) sometimes.

And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I just read on Facebook where they're going to be in Westchester on July 20 now I need to find out where because that's literally five minutes from my house.
