    Lebanese burger with fries
    Tawfiq M.

Was super hungry and saw this truck parked outside where I work. The truck looked pretty nice, not like one of those shady food trucks although sometimes the best food comes out of the shady ones lol. The owner was super nice and friendly and told me the burgers are halal! I went ahead and ordered the Lebanese burger with fries, and I kid you not this was the best smash burger I've ever had. The patty was flavorful, juicy and crispy around the edges. The purple Cole slaw was dripping everywhere in the best way. The potato buns were unbelievably soft. The pickles were briny and sweet and pulled everything together. And the fries, my god those shoestring fries were salty, crispy and so delicious with a spray of malt vinegar.

4 stars, not 5? I have never given a food truck 5 stars and never given anyone e 5 stars after one visit. Nice looking setup, we'll organized. I had an excellent Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Hope to see this place again!

Roadster was outside Yard Hop brewery in Grove City and we stopped for a quick bite. We ordered the Road Burger + loaded fries. Total it was $17 which isn't horrible. The burger was pretty good and I highly recommend adding bacon to your burger! The fries remind me of fair fries. They could be a bit more crispy for my personal liking and it's suuuuper greasy which makes it taste really good lol. The cheese and bacon add an extra layer of flavor. They have a few sauce options on top of what already comes on the burger. Would recommend!

One of the best I've had. I had the pleasure of smashing the triple smash burger and 3 cheese things. He took the time to explain why the meatball turned burger was best. Hurry is a common and natural characteristic of a food truck. But even though they were efficient, I felt like I was the only customer in the world. As I hung around I heard the same thing over and over: Endorsements and recommendations. If you aren't hungry. Still eat here. If you are hungry. Congrats

I was really excited to try Roadster when it was announced they were coming to our office complex, and they did not disappoint. They're a relatively new food truck in the Columbus scene, but I honestly think they should be a more recognized name among the food truck fans & community. Roadster's menu offers a variety of burgers, and sides that consist of fries, cheese rolls, and falafel balls! Their delicious sauces add a whole new flavor to the food truck scene! I had the Lebanese Burger ($9) with fries(+$2), and split the cheese rolls and falafel balls with one other person. The burger was filling and delicious. When burger juice and the sauce leaks everywhere, that's when you know you got a juicy burger. The entree consisted of the usual burger ingredients, additionally came with house slaw, pickles, and Road Sauce. Word of advice; forget ketchup and ask for extra Road Sauce on the side because you will want to dip your fries into it! The falafel balls ($5 comes with 4) were crispy and came with a Mint Aioli dip. You could really taste the chickpeas! The cheese roll ($5 comes with 4, I got to try 1) IS SO GOOD. The cheese was cheesy and stretchy, which is the best kinda cheese. Great food truck and great prices! Already looking forward to next time they're in the area!

    Fun truck!

This is a neat newer fusion food truck, with a menu that features a lot of inspiration from Lebanese cooking. There are several burger choices (including a veggie option featuring a falafel patty), a chicken sandwich, bacon-wrapped hot dogs, fries, cheese rolls, and falafels. The food smelled wonderful while we were waiting, and the staff was friendly. We opted to try Lebanese burgers and get an order of fries. The burgers featured juicy double patties with cheese, slaw, pickles, and a special road sauce. Very enjoyable! We would love to try more in the future.

Falafel balls were just OK and the mint aioli sauce was pretty bland. I would try again though.

We arrived fairly close to closing, which can sometimes be risky--some restaurants start cutting corners as the night winds down. Not here. Everything was incredibly fresh, and each bite took our palates on a culinary adventure that had us feeling like champions for choosing Brassica for dinner. The ingredients, flavors, and execution were all outstanding. If you haven't been here yet, do yourself a favor and go. Brassica continues to prove why it's one of our favorite places to eat whenever we're in town.

I started with the Cauliflower Tahini Soup, followed by a build-your-own salad bowl, a Chocolate Chip Cookie, and a Minty Pink Lemonade. The soup had a rich, creamy texture, though I found it a little too salty for my taste. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I loaded up my salad bowl with lentils and rice, mixed greens, hummus, baba ghanoush, crispy onions, pita bread, chicken shawarma, brisket, sweet beets, pickled cucumbers, pickled radish, pickled cabbage, cauliflower tabbouleh, marinated eggplant, and finished it with Brassica's roasted garlic sauce and tahini. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and full of contrasting textures. The combination of crisp vegetables, savory proteins, and creamy spreads made for a hearty, satisfying meal that kept me full long after lunch. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was exactly how I like it--crispy around the edges with a slightly well-done finish and plenty of chocolate in every bite. To wash it all down, the Minty Pink Lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and refreshing, complementing the bold Mediterranean flavors beautifully. Overall, Brassica is a great option for a quick, customizable meal made with fresh ingredients. While the soup wasn't my favorite, I'd happily return to build another salad and try more items from the menu.

My recent birthday…read moredinner at Sidebar Columbus fell squarely -- and triumphantly -- into the latter category. From the moment we arrived, the service set the tone for what would become an unforgettable dining experience. Our server, Lacey delivered hospitality with the kind of effortless grace that can't be taught. She anticipated needs before they were spoken, guided us through the menu with confidence, and maintained a warmth that made our table feel like the only one in the room. Wine & Cocktails: A Study in Balance and Craft The wine selection was superb -- thoughtfully curated, expressive, and perfectly paired with the richness of the evening's dishes. The cocktails were equally impressive, crafted with precision and a clear respect for balance. Each sip felt intentional, layered, and celebratory. The Paella: A Showstopper But the true star of the night was the paella -- a dish so masterfully executed it deserves its own ovation. The rice was tender yet structured, infused with deep saffron warmth and kissed with just enough socarrat to make any purist smile. The seafood was impeccably fresh, each component cooked to its ideal texture. It was the kind of paella that silences a table, not out of politeness, but out of reverence. When the chef personally came out to greet us, it only reinforced what the dish had already made clear: this is a kitchen led by someone who cooks with both technique and heart. A Birthday Elevated My husband orchestrated the evening beautifully, and Sidebar rose to meet the moment with finesse. Our guests were genuinely impressed -- not just by the food, but by the seamless choreography of service, ambiance, and attention to detail. It felt less like a dinner and more like a curated celebration Final Thoughts Sidebar Columbus delivers the rare combination of exceptional cuisine, polished service, and heartfelt hospitality. The paella alone is worth crossing the city for, but the entire experience -- from Laceys attentive care to the chef's personal touch -- transforms a simple night out into something memorable. For anyone seeking a dining experience that feels both elevated and warmly personal, Sidebar stands confidently at the top.

We went for lunch and the cool, welcoming interior on a hot summer day set the stage for a delicious meal. We started with the combination appetizer and their wonderful bread. I would certainly order this again. My fellow diners had the shrimp and the lamb shank, a weekend special. I tasted both and loved both! I took half of my meal home because the appetizer was so substantial and my tilapia was a very generous serving.
