Met the owner, Ordered the pulled pork sliders, green beans and Mac n cheese. The pulled pork was smoked with apple/hickory wood and had great flavor and the meat's texture was nice and moist. They use regular dinner rolls for buns. The green beans were very flavorful. Secret ingredients from Mom. Then there was the Mac and cheese, made with 4 different cheeses. I parked my car and walked over to the food truck, and I was lucky to literally be next in line. I ordered the recommended lobster roll from the fine gentlemen that was doing the serving. I also ordered a water because it was rather warm. I gathered my lunch walked over to a picnic table, nearby and sat down to eat. My first bite into the sandwich or roll as they label them was literally a shock to my memory, it took me back to being in Maine many years ago and getting a lobster roll at a restaurant. Now I know my memory is not what it used to be, but I can honestly say this was a freaking delicious lobster roll. I ate the entire roll, wiped my face with a napkin at the table. And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I will admit, I did not eat all the potato chips, because I didn't need them, but they were also good. I just read on Facebook where they're going to be in Westchester on July 20 now I need to find out where because that's literally five minutes from my house.
