I think he may of have the right idea but they were both delicious! I love how they even cut up the chicken so they are already in nice bite size pieces as there is no way I would have been able to cut that up easily with a flimsy plastic fork. We opted to try an Eiffel wrap with falafel and a chicken shawarma. Both came with fries on the side (even the Eiffel wrap that also had them inside), and were nice sized portions. We did not realize that the Eiffel wrap also came with pickles (it had been listed under the shawarma but not the wraps, so FYI for anyone else who has an opinion on pickles, ha). Pickle issue aside, everything else was quite tasty and much enjoyed. It smelled delicious when it came out too. The service side of the truck is nicely decorated with fake flowers/leaves and the menu. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Met the owner, Ordered the pulled pork sliders, green beans and Mac n cheese. The pulled pork was smoked with apple/hickory wood and had great flavor and the meat's texture was nice and moist. They use regular dinner rolls for buns. The green beans were very flavorful. Secret ingredients from Mom. Then there was the Mac and cheese, made with 4 different cheeses. Even at a hefty $32 for a roll and chips, I wasn't mad about it. This is a much larger roll than other lobster trucks out there and is seriously packed with meat and then loaded with toppings. These guys don't skimp on food or flavor. Plus, the dudes running the truck are funny and certainly give good advice on what to try. This one is a can't miss for me whenever I see them roll into town (which is pretty rare where I am).
