Seriously, I live fifteen miles from the Chardon office, and could easily drive there (picking up a coffee on the way) walk up to the desk, make an appointment or get a question answered in less time in less time that using the phone. The recording sez "You're number one in the que," (yeah right) then why do I get to listen to their broken MOH for a half hour. If I were "number two," I'd prolly get faster service by writing a letter. All they say when I ask, is we're very busy." I guess the idea of actually hiring some phone people is totally foreign to them. Again, great doctors, but everything else there sucks sox. I just made my LAST appointment them, but while I'm waiting for my appointment, I'm shopping. I won't be using them again.

So 3 months I went to urgent care since my right knee was really hurting me. They took an xrsy and…read morestronger aspirin. They gave me a paper with knee specialists. Thr next day I went to work, and my knee started popping out of place. I ended up leaving work. When I came home I called and made an appointment for the next morning. We get there I checked in, and 20 minutes later I get called back. I go back, and wait for doctor frames. He comes in, and asks me what's going on, and I tell him. He touches my right knee, and tells me it's a weak muscle, and I need therapy. He wasn't in the room for even 2 minutes. The physical therapist who he sent me to even said there was something Wong. Well I ended up going through university hospital. My knee specialist told me she wanted me to get an mri. The day we found the results of my mri. I found out that my meniscus, and acl were torn, and I needed surgery. Personally dr frames needs to lose his license, and get his tittle ripped away. He still charged us, but since we went someone else we didn't need to pay that bill.

After 20 years of suffering and only able to remember the life I once lived, I needed a full hip replacement. Sadly, the pain continued following the surgery, so bad in fact that several nights a week for the past three plus years, I was unable in getting a good nights sleep. Thankfully, that all stopped in one day after being treated by Dr. Jane. I know this sounds hard to believe, but it's true. We felt comfortable and satisfied w/our experience and will see this doctor again. Following is my email: Dear Dr. Jane, We are so blessed to have found you! On the first morning after the medicine Al had shown improvement. His temperature reduced on that first day, in a small degree: the rash on his face was lessened. After the second day, the rash was gone from his face, and his chills/fever were more reduced. Today, the third day, his fever is gone, the rash on the body is gone, and all that is left, as Al said, is dry skin, cracked from the rash and swelling. Thank you for the follow up/phone visit today as well. We weren't home yesterday, we've had a family crisis that we've been also dealing with. We are so glad we found you. Had to have a required background check done, and I had…read morean appointment at 9:30, arrived at 9:07am checked in online, and physically checked in at 9:15am since I thought electronically was fine, it was not. I waited until 10:45 to be told I needed to fill out paperwork before my chart could be added to the next in line, but never got anything besides 1 piece of paper at check in at 9:15am. I already came with 8 pages of paperwork pre-filled out and they sent me an additional 5 pages to fill out on my phone! Then another 2 pages manually even though they said my paperwork had to be done electronically a make it make sense!! Avoid this place if at all possible. What a joke!
