I signed up to try that infrared treatment for weight loss. I'm up 15 lbs in the past year. They told me I was obese which is not accurate per the cdc guidelines. Total scam and waste of time. They tried to get me to buy some package twice before even trying it. They had someone who seemed really inexperienced "interview" me and "provide a consultation". Which I had to ask follow up questions after they said I was done to get the information that was collected. It was weird, and dumb. There are two things I've never felt comfortable doing; getting pictures taken of myself and writing testimonials. Now I'm here doing both because of how incredibly impressed I am with Dr. Frank and the whole staff at Broadview Health Center. Last February I was pretty miserable. I had put on quite a bit of unwanted weight which I knew wasn't healthy. I was trying everything I could to get the extra pounds off but nothing seemed to work. I needed help "cracking the code" to get my body to cooperate. I came across an ad for HealthyOne Weight Loss and decided to give it a try. And I am SO glad I did because this program is scientifically based on body chemistry, AND IT WORKS. From the onset the staff was personable, professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I felt welcome just walking in the door. Dr Frank assessed my needs and developed an individualized diet program for me. Next thing I knew, the pounds were melting off. At first I was worried it would be difficult to stick to it, but it was not hard at all. Not only was I meeting with Dr. Frank once a week for coaching, but he was also available through text anytime I had a question or needed encouragement. The results have been amazing. I started the program March 12. As of June 15 I have shed 45 pounds and I'm still losing. I have never felt better in my life. One of the best parts of this is that the program is completely based on food you get at your local grocery store, so the healthy habits you form that caused the weight loss can be maintained for life. Update 9/9/21 -- Data from the Ohio Hospital Association shows COVID-19 hospitalizations amount 17 and under have increased 857% OVER THE LAST TWO MONTHS. 857%. So, sure, things are great, Broadview Chiro & HEALTH CENTER. Update 9/10/21 -- Ohio reports 9,019 new coronavirus cases, a level not seen since Jan. 8 ___________________________________ I want to be clear that this rating has NOTHING to do with the quality of work done at this clinic. I have never had work done here and what they do they may do extremely well. I don't know. The reason for one star is they apparently don't care much about their elderly and high-risk (to Covid) patients enough to require masks as of August 26, 2021. As a high-risk patient, how am I supposed to determine if the patients in the waiting room and Clinic staff are vaccinated or not? And, stunningly, the lady who answered the phone ADMITTED they had unvaccinated people who work there. She also said it's "none of my business" who is vaccinated. Really? At a supposed "healthcare provider"  it's not the patient's business? At a Clinic that has HEALTH CENTER in its name? Fine. You want to lack compassion and NOT do what is best for the common good of the community, then I'll not only spend my money elsewhere but scream from the rooftops to alert those whose lives may depend on knowing. Your "freedom" ends at the point it could cause illness and death to unsuspecting and innocent others. And, before you say it, yes, the odds of getting infected are low, but tell me that when you are as high-risk as I and so many others are. Easy to be confident when you're not risking your OWN life.  I guess the takeaway is, if you're healthy they want you as a patient, but, otherwise... "freedom!" right? Well, I have the freedom to warn potential victims of this situation. IF YOU ARE HIGH RISK DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC FOR TREATMENT. Just one more reason chiropractors so often get bad raps. I feel like family. Everyone at The Health Center works as a team. All of the Chiropractors are very sincere, and have helped me to achieve my goals. I am able to do activities that I could not do at all one year ago today, including not being able to stand in my kitchen for more than one half hour. Having been diagnosed with disc disease and going through the motions of physical therapy, I was looking for additional relief (without medication). I was skeptical that I would find it but was desperate, and hopeful that chiropractic would provide just that. Healthyone weight loss is very effective I've lost 50 lbs in 5 months. I feel great and I haven't been at this weight in 30 years.

I'm writing this review to save other people time and money. The following are details about my experience with the Healthy Weight Loss program, which is promoted through Broadview Chiropractic. I tried this program over a month ago and it will cost you between $2000-$3000, depending if you're given any discounts. In the program, you will be asked to take some drops daily (which I thought would curb hunger but seemed to do nothing and only tasted bad), asked to record what you eat, asked to skip breakfast, told to drink a gallon of water a day, and only allowed around 500 calories (basically, two 4oz servings of protein, vegetables, and fruit). Now, I'm a 290lb male, close to 50 years old and within two days of eating only 500 calories a day, I was ready to call it quits. I had difficulty thinking/foggy head, could only think about when I could eat next, and had a headache that would not go away. Felling like that and knowing that it was not what I thought I signed up for, I contacted the office and said that I thought the program was a sham. My reasoning is was that, sure, if someone only eats 500 calories a day they should lose weight, but that is not a sustainable lifestyle. And, yes, they will tell you that you can eat all of the free foods you want to curb your appetite, but the free foods are like chard and bok choy. Well, who the hell eats chard and bok choy by itself? And, if you are fine with eating chard and bok choy already, then you probably don't need to diet in the first place. Anyways, I was told to increase my protein intake and to come into the office to talk to them. On this point, I will admit that I was too upset to do that but I did continue on the diet by myself for about 10 more days. My end result was no weight loss, and actually some weight gain, probably from all the water I was drinking, and I still felt miserable. I stopped trying to program soon after that. A few days ago I was told that I was the only person with such results and that they have a lot of success stories on this diet, but I have to wonder about the long-term effects on the patients. In my own experience, and I've been dieting for 30+ years, the first diet I went on was the easiest and most successful. I lost over 150lbs some 30 years ago, but I gained it back because I starved myself to lose the 150 and didn't change any real eating habits. After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, my body has adjusted and it is much, much harder for me to lose weight now than back then. If you don't understand what I mean, just picture Oprah. She had her big diet reveal over 20 years ago, but she's gained a lot of that back too. If what she did back then was so successful, why isn't she still thin? So, I will say that, if this diet program is your first diet, then there is a chance that you will lose weight. But, if you've been dieting all your life, then I doubt starving yourself is the answer. In the end, I didn't lose any weight and I'm out $2000, but now you know what to expect and can decide if this is something that you want to do. read more
