Our consult w/Dr. Jane was wonderfully professional and thorough; she looked to get to the heart of the matter, and provided a remedy for our situation. It is/has been working well. Very well. We felt comfortable and satisfied w/our experience and will see this doctor again. Following is my email: Dear Dr. Jane, We are so blessed to have found you! On the first morning after the medicine Al had shown improvement. His temperature reduced on that first day, in a small degree: the rash on his face was lessened. After the second day, the rash was gone from his face, and his chills/fever were more reduced. Today, the third day, his fever is gone, the rash on the body is gone, and all that is left, as Al said, is dry skin, cracked from the rash and swelling. Thank you for the follow up/phone visit today as well. We weren't home yesterday, we've had a family crisis that we've been also dealing with. We are so glad we found you. Prior to the second visit I was led to believe there would be an adjustment within this office, that did not occur as I was referred to another Chiropractor that "she does a lot of business with" and I have a witness. She was additionally pushing for an MRI for self pay that I would have to sign up for. These remarks of an MRI were disturbing as I do not have health insurance until July. I, again brought my support system, whom is my partner/boyfriend to this second appointment today 06/09/2026. I was disrespected as she directed much of her attention and explanations to him rather than to me. Her actions were inappropriate, as I expected information regarding MY health treatment to be communicated DIRECTLY to me. This experience left me unheard, disregarded and fully dissatisfied with the care I received. While I understand I signed an ROI, that not does mean that the doctor should direct all of the care, while face-to-face, with the concerned patient, treatment as well as further follow up to my partner/boyfriend as I am very well equipped, intellectually to comprehend the diagnoses. With all of the above being stated, this entire experience was absolutely insulting, full of disappointment and a hinder toward encouraging positive healing, health and well-being.

I was injured several years ago and my insurance situation is a little weird between workers comp and my regular insurance. The clinic doesn't take Fed WC which is fine. So I double checked with my insurance, Fed WC, and a Fed WC lawyer, all of which said that if the clinic did not take WC all they needed to do was call a number to my regular insurance and get preapproval from them. It was that simple. Instead, they flat out refused and said I needed to close my WC case if I wanted to go there. Which, if you know anything about WC is extremely difficult and also, a bit dangerous in case my insurance decides all of a sudden it's a preexisting condition and they're not going to cover it all after the fact. Then I'm screwed. I would not recommend this office. They are not friendly. They are not helpful. And clearly they know very little about people with chronic pain and depression even though that's one of the things they're claiming to treat. Would not recommend.
