I had no previous experience with a chiropractor, I was certain it was going to be painful, but I was at the end of my rope and couldn't get any help from the emergency room or regular medical doctor. Muscle relaxers and pain meds couldn't touch the pain I was in. (Pills, injections and patches) Dr Mitch got me in right away, took x-rays, took a detailed history. After reading the Xrays, he started adjusting me. The adjustments DID NOT HURT and by time he was done with my first adjustment, I was mostly pain free, standing straight and walking fine. After doing X-Rays and going over options, Dr. Zart said I would need about 15 sessions, which took place over a month. Before they get you inside to get adjusted, he has you lay down on a roller for 8 minutes to get your back ready, which is a plus.
