I came in with stiffness and discomfort in my back and shoulders, and after a thorough evaluation, Dr. Aden performed a spinal adjustment along with EMS and heat therapy. The adjustment was gentle yet effective, and really helped release deep muscle tension. The heat with muscle stimulation treatment afterward was the perfect finishing touch -- incredibly soothing and relaxing. I almost fell asleep each time!
