They're the BEST!! Our family of 5 has been treated at Ramsey Chiropractic for over 10 years. We started to go just for back problems but have been able to improve our overall health by having adjustments regularly, every 1-2 months or so. Not until I called our family physician to set up a physical for my son did I realize how much of an impact going to Ramsey's has made. Our doctor did not have my son in their books - it had been over 3 years since he had been sick! I can't recall the last time one of us needed antibiotics. I met Dr. Buddy Ramsey in early 2002. At the time I was barely able to walk from a failed L5-S1fusion laminectomy 10 years prior. I had been to many doctors and chiropractors with little hope of maintaining mobility. I also have Fibromyalgia that adds to the complicated life that I have. Buddy not only gave me hope, but his expertise in working with Extreme Sport athletes gave him an understanding into my pain cycles that no one else had. He was kind, patient, financially fair and most of all persistent in learning how my body worked (or didn't) in order to get me to function at a level that far exceeded anyones (including myself) expectations. He never thinks inside the box. He is not only extremely thorough but also creative in his adjustments and treatment. 16 years later, I drive over 5,000 miles a year to Ramsey Chiropractic Center to get adjusted at least twice a week. As a busy mother of four sons and an avid crafter, I never allowed myself the time to be sick or get hurt. If I did I usually took a pill and soldiered on. Being on my feet for much of the day chasing four sons then grandchildren around and walking for miles to craft fairs and caferteria work took a toll on my feet. I went to a medical doctor who treated the problem but not the cause of the whole person. I took a cue from my husband who had been going to the clinic for about a year. Drs. Ault and Ramsey took time to listen and worked on all of me, head to toe. Manipulation, exercises, Graston techniques, taping, advice on footwear and relief made me aware of the need to heal my whole self. I am now down to one day a week and am more in-tune with myself.
