I normally do not give five stars on a review, but in the case of Advanced Spine Joint Wellness…read moreCenter, they deserve seven stars - if not more. I am so impressed with the staff, they operate and in a concert fashion. Each person has their own function but they blend seamlessly together to provide extraordinary service for their clients. It's amazing to sit back and watch how they treat each client like family, yet maintain professionalism and a high standard of care. My family doctor prescribed physical therapy for my back. A coworker recommended Advanced Spine Joint Wellness Center. I met with Dr. Good and he explained their philosophy of care which treating the entire body not just the symptoms. Though I was a bit skeptical that this would work, I began therapy with them. After just two sessions I began to see marked improvement. It was because of their unique approach which includes chiropractic, therapy, massage, and other techniques performed in concert that provides maximum impact and promotes rapid healing. Troy, Dr. good, and Dr. Matt are the most amazing practitioners I've ever met. They listen, they remember, and they treat each patient as if they were the only patient in the practice. From the moment you walk into the front door, you are greeted by two amazing young ladies who remember your name without looking at the charts. The physical therapy staff is unlike any I've experienced in the past. The adage "no pain no gain", doesn't apply here. They assist you with your exercises and if you have pain they adjust the exercise or change it in a way that creates the maximum benefit without causing any additional damage. There are not enough good things I can say about the doctors, and the staff. I drive close to 45 minutes from my home three times a week for my therapy. It is worth every minute in the car to be treated with absolute respect, professionalism, and care.

Dr. Tim Weeks came highly recommended by several friends of mine this past year…read more I have a few mystery symptoms, and he is known for figuring out strange conditions. Not only is he a chiropractor, Dr. Tim is also trained in nutrition and naturopathic medicine. I started seeing him six weeks ago, and know that I'm in good hands. Dr. Tim is so kind and encouraging, and thorough. I already feel better balanced, more energetic, and hopeful that this is the beginning of healing!

My 8 year old suffered from Lymes Disease. He was so ill he was in a wheel chair for almost a year…read more He had been misdiagnosed by traditional medicine for Juvenile Arthritis and given a treatment that began shutting down his kidneys and liver. Once we found Whole Body Health now DBA Medina Wellness Center and got him on the correct treatment he began an immediate improvement. He was not being seen by Dr. Tim Weeks but another chiropractor in the practice who worked for WBH as an employee. We began his treatment in April of 2019. On May 7th, 2019 I received a call call stating they were closing immediately and if we were on a payment plan to send Dr. Tim an email and he would be refunding our money. At that point they HAD NOT CASHED THE CHECK. We attempted to put a stop payment on the check and were not too worried. They somehow cashed the check after they officially closed and changed their name!!!!!! I called and sent emails. I was told he was out of the country and he would get back to me. We later discovered he reopened under another name. We payed $4,538 we are due a $2,553.00 refund. After a year of trying to get this refund and him ignoring us, my mother went to talk to him. He said it was not his problem as he was seeing a different chiropractor and he was no longer at the business. She said we didn't pay him we paid WBH - as he was an employee of business not an independent contractor. He said he would get back to her. In September of 2020 after still NO refund she went in again and asked to see him or schedule an appointment. They did not offer her an appointment. She told the girls at the desk she would just wait to see him until he was done with his clients. Two hours later the girls started shutting off all the lights - she asked where he was and then saw him pulling out of the parking lot! HE ducked out the backdoor and told the girls to tell her to take him to small claims court he isn't going to deal with her. He did this to a child, he took our money for what I am assuming his out of the country vacation. In the mean time we had to find alternative treatment and he suffered a set back. Who does this to a child? This is not right. Do NOT deal with Dr. Tim Weeks as it is apparent he has NO sympathy for what happened and has no intentions of refunding our money.
