We got take out. The chicken shawarma wasn't good at all. The chicken was stale and hard. I had to take it out of the sandwich to have my meal.The greens were not fresh - almost spoiled. On our first visit we had the usual gyro platter and mezze platters, thinking it would be just ok. A little place in a strip center. But our host should have clued us in. A wonderful lady of Mediterranean ancestry and accent. These ordinary dishes were extraordinary. Hot fresh amazing falafel, great hummus and possibly the best dolmades I've ever had. Gyro meat was good. Even the pita was a bit better, lighter. Everything was just better than the other Mediterranean places we usually go in the Woodlands. Nadia's recently moved to the strip center on Gosling south of 2920. I stopped in to give the new location a look and get lunch. I got the fried cauliflower, a mixed gyro and chicken pita, and the baklava. The fried cauliflower is famous and remains delicious. It was nicely presented on a bed of chopped lettuce and pickled veggies. The yogurt sauce adds depth to the flavor. The pita sandwich was tasty, generous and filling. It comes cut in half and is two good sized servings. It would hold up well and be good for another day or so if you want to save that half for later. At $10 I would say it is a bargain. The baklava was a good representation. Nice crisp layers and yummy hints of cardamom and pistachio. This version is less sweet than many, something I appreciate--baklava can be pretty heavy stuff. A firm bottom that was interesting to bite through. You should not skip this. The new strip center has high ceilings and a modern look. Nadia's decor is subtle and tasteful. Service was fine, you order at the counter and they'll bring your food out. The restrooms (identical but gendered) were clean and ready. Overall I'd say not much has changed, and that's a good thing. read more

This was my first time visiting Nadia's and I can say I felt so welcome. From customers coming in and customers being there already you can tell they were regulars. Many customers were talking to the restaurant owner with such happiness! The entire ambiance was above expectations! From the positive vibes given & the decor that creates such a beautiful atmosphere. There is a very detail menu when you walk in near the register. It's also on display that DoorDash/uber is an option for this restaurant. The business is in a shared parking lot. I was able to enjoy a chicken shawarma for dinner! Super fresh with a splash of the " hot sauce ( red sauce) ". My daughter also had the grilled chicken kids meal. Once again I took a pic of the item once I took the first bite. Nothing but the best tasting Mediterranean food at Nadias. Today I had Gyro and Baklava. Gyro meat is so well seasoned and flavorful. Pita is soft yet firm enough to hold in the goodness of gyro meat, tomato, cucumber lettuce and pickle . Baklava is divine. Same Nadia's, new location. My daughter and I went in around 6:30 on a Friday night. There was one other party of 6 dining in and one person waiting for a to-go order. We shared the hummus with chicken and a side of rice. It was delicious!! The hummus was smooth, had just amount of spices for my liking, and I really enjoyed the lemon juice and tahini flavors coming through. The chicken was a good amount and had good flavor. The rice...amazing! Basmati rice is my favorite and this was PERFECTLY done...light and fluffy with sautéed Italian vermicelli mixed in. A side of garlic cream sauce comes with it for the chicken but my daughter and I dipped our forks in the sauce then the rice...delicious! We will be back! read more

I ordered the Steak Kebabs meal and it didn't disappoint. It's was steep at $20, but somewhat worth it. I just wish there was a bit more beef, that's all to make it worth the amount. The flavors were amazing and seasoned to perfection. Order was ready when I was told to come pick it up + no wait time once I arrived. We love this restaurant. It smells authentic as soon as you come i . The authentic music is playing with the Turkish coffee makers available. The people at the counter are so helpful and the service is very fast. We ordered the gyro hummus which was to die for. They give you plenty of pita bread so don't order more. We ordered the gyro plate with the delicious lamb, potatoes side and Nadia's salad. I order extra dressing because the garlic dressing is to die for. It's casual dining with pretty fast service.
