Including broth richness, noodle texture, shoulder or belly pork, etc. Then you can order extras as well (noodles, egg, seaweed, and so on). The chicken karagi side dish was also great. In fact, our server had to physically move the adjacent table just so the guest next to us could sit down. Service was equally frustrating. The restaurant was so packed that the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and indifferent. Our table was missing the standard condiment tray, forcing me to manually ask for the sprouts and sesame seeds. It also took three separate requests just to get a single glass of water. When it was time to leave, the bill took forever because the branch only operates with one credit card terminal. To add to the disappointment, the karaage was unavailable again--something they really should flag with a sign at the entrance. Don't get me wrong, the food itself is still great. However, for the price you pay, the overcrowded atmosphere and chaotic experience are no longer worth it. We will be skipping this location in the future.

Tucked along the busy strip of restaurants and businesses under the Mezza Residences is probably…read moresome of the best ramen I've had in Metro Manila--and that's saying something, because ramen is a big deal in these parts! It doesn't have the international recognition of Ippudo or Santouka or the creativity of Nagi, but the ramen here feels as though someone is treating you for a nice dinner at home. There are only three flavors available of the ramen, the shiro (classic), kuro (garlic), and aka (spicy). I've had both the kuro and aka, and I can say that they are extremely satisfying. Neither the garlic nor the spice was too overpowering. The broth was also extremely well-balanced. Not too fatty but still smooth enough to make you want to slurp the bowl once you've finished. The pork cuts weren't as tender as I've had at other places, but still very well done. The tamago was also well done. Love the runniness! But what puts this place over the edge into 5-star territory is the price. You can get a super filling bowl of ramen here for only 230 pesos! And that's for the larger size! I wager that's basically half of what you'd pay at the more upscale mall places for nearly the same quality. I was also able to try one of their sets featuring a bowl of ramen of your choosing, their gyudon rice don on the side and a bowl of fresh fruits for only 360 pesos. I was stuffed after. So so worth it. The gyoza was also really well made, and a steal for only 100 pesos. The staff here is always super attentive and accommodating, even when we've come in with a larger group, and they do accept all major credit cards, which is a huge plus for me. Definitely worth a try. I don't have to venture out to the more upscale parts of the Metro to enjoy a well-curated bowl of ramen anymore!

She had a half serving of ramen and I thought I was having a half serving too but turns out my set came with a full serving! I was so full afterwards but that's all good because the food was so delicious. I especially appreciated the fact that the curry had cubes of beef and not the "malitid" strings of beef you find in other establishments.

The milky broth was rich and tasty, and the noodles were al dente. Great value for money. For the drinks, we asked for tea since Japanese restos often serve complimentary hot or cold tea. Upon seeing the bill, we were surprised that we were charged for it. Although we didn't mind paying PhP50 for the tea, a simple heads up from their server would have been greatly appreciated.

Focusing on Tonkotsu, the broth was really tasty, carrying the flavor from the meat. Meat was sinful with fat prominently attached to each tiny slice of meat. It might not be appetizing for some but it's really delicious for me, and again, it's sinful. The egg was fairly okay and I liked that it was two halves; no stinginess. Takoyaki was delicious but I wish they'd give more pieces. More importantly, they need to serve more tako or octopus. Imagine a peanut. Halve the peanut. That's your tako; now that's stingy. Service was nice. I liked that they checked on us regarding the food when we were done. Garlic Ramen was recommended for our next visit. Reservation process was also easy. The restaurant had a really cute Japan theme with super cute decorations! The food was really good and different. We ordered the Gyoza (php 180), Chicken Karage Caesar Salad (php 190), Hakata Ramen (php 340) and the Cheese Ramen (php 350). The item that stood out to me was the Cheese Ramen, at first I thought that it wouldn't be good and I would get tired of it cause its just cheese and noodles. I ended up liking it because the cheese that they used wasn't overwhelming as I thought it would be. The Hakata Ramen was also really yummy and not too salty. Total ~$20

Hanging lanterns and signages creates an authentic feel of eating along the streets of throwback Tokyo. I came from Asia Pop Comic Con in SMX and it is better to dine outside MOA to avoid the hassle. It was a long, tiring day and a bowl of Ramen is the only thing I have in mind. Good thing there's a branch of Mitsuyado Sei Men in blue bay walk. Tsukemen means "dipping noodles", the art of eating ramen with a separate broth and soup to dip the noodles. The regular bowl of cheese tsukemen is a contention of a savory soup and thick sauce cheese. The taste is confusing on the the onset but I easily acquired the taste. I also ordered ebi tempura don. I have the urge that I deserve to eat noodleas and rice at the same time. The pacing of the service is slow. There's a refillable service tea but they don't serve glass of water. You can also bring home pastries and bread from Yamato Bakery conveniently connected at Mitsuydo Sei-Men. The original branch is located at Jupiter street in Makati City.
