Food: 4/5 As usual, this experience was nothing different, flavor of all dishes was there. The food came out piping hot, and extra tzatziki sauce available. Just wish they had red pepper flakes available to add spice. Service: 5/5 Friendly and attentive. Ambiance: 3/5 Pleasant as usual, tables inside are usually empty and most people come in to pick up to-go orders. I noticed a fly this time which kept flying around the table.

Tasty Lamb Over Rice. They gave a nice amount of sauce too! Nice easy satisfying late lunch take out Plenty fortifying, I'm saving the rest for later. The lamb was tender and flavorful, not dry like I've had elsewhere. Definitely inclined to come back more often when the craving arrives

The question is, would I return? I might. If I had a strong craving for Indian food and there was nothing within a 15 minute radius, I would return. It wasn't that the food wasn't good. The koobideh was flavorful and well-seasoned. The chicken tikka kabob was spicy, not super spicy but enough to have some heat. The saffron rice was also good as well as the cucumber salad. The portions were plentiful; though I ordered two entrees, we were able to finish one full entree and keep the other as leftovers. So you're asking why I gave it stars versus 4 stars. Honestly, I don't think it was a solid 4 stars because I've had better. It did the job of fulfilling the craving and satisfied us for a dinner I didn't feel like cooking. Two entrees at $15 each. Not bad for the portions.

I've seen this restaurant pop up plenty on times on Yelp when I enter "Indian food". Well tonight was our first time actually getting to try it! It isn't Indian food per se, but it got our attention. I was trying to find the menu and get a description of the different meat kabobs because I've never had them before, but I didn't see any for seekh or koobideh. I called in to place an order and asked them for a recommendation and what people usually order. The man who answered the phone wasn't really helpful. He basically just said that they have different types of kabobs and you choose what you want and he low key sounded annoyed. Umm I'm never ordered from here before so...But he said on the phone that the koobideh is a mix of beef and lamb, so I just ordered that. The restaurant was empty when we came in to pick up 7pm. The man who rung me up didn't have a mask on and he wasn't very welcoming. I had to initiate the greeting. He was on his phone and was watching a video. My bf ordered the chicken tikka kabob and I ordered the koobideh kabob plate (beef and lamb mix). The plate came with rice, side salad, two kabobs, two pieces of naan, one tahini (white) sauce, and chutney? (green). Both of our kabob plates were delicious! The portions were very filling and the rice was nice and fluffy, not dry. I love the green chutney! It tastes very fresh. Deducting 1 star for the service.

Naan Stop Kabob. Oh wait, I get it. Like you're not subject to a six-hour layover when you order here. I like the name better than What the Cluck or the redundant Salads Salads Salads. But then again, maybe having kabob non-stop encourages gluttony, but of course, if that encourages a small business to thrive, I'm all for kabob, non-stop or naan-stop. I ordered the $11.75 Halal Chicken Salad with Greek olives (photo: https://bit.ly/2XbksW7). What they did was put together their Greek Salad and liberally layered chunks of marinated chicken breast over it. For whatever reason, they forgot the tzatziki dressing, but frankly it didn't need it. It was tasty enough unadorned. Ignorant of how the salad was made, I also went with the $7 side of Greek Salad with feta cheese and Greek olives, so basically I ordered a salad with my salad (photo: https://bit.ly/3k4IbjH). I've done dumber things. FOOD - 4 stars...non-stop Greek salad, worked for me AMBIANCE - n/a...how the hell would I know? SERVICE - 3.5 stars...they forgot the dressing but I'm cool with that TOTAL - non-stop or naan-stop...the mind reels RELATED - In the mood of Mediterranean? Here's a collection of places I've tried and reviewed: https://bit.ly/2Evmcwa

Saw these new items as I picked up my food. Gotta try their Tikka next time.

Always solid lamb kebab plates. They come with salad, some pita bread and rice. I tried the seekh kebab, which is ground chicken, but while eating it, I kept regretting not getting my usual lamb. Nevertheless, It's super flavorful. They added Tikka masala, so I'll have to try that next time!

Very friendly owner/staff, very affordable prices compared to similar restaurants. $13 for Chicken Gyro combo comes with fries and a drink. Plenty of parking. However, no restroom on site. Only beverages available are soda, water, and juice.

Yelp reviews and a craving for some bomb flavorful food for dinner led me here. Menu looks really good but I wanted to focus on some of the basics- chicken over rice, falafel side, and baklava. They gave a ton of food! My chicken and rice bowl was full to the brim with saffron rice, flavorful chicken, chopped cucumbers/tomatoes, and their wonderful tzatziki and hot sauces. I could only eat 1/3 of it and saved the rest for another 2 subsequent future meals. Baklava was ok too. I'd say the $15 or so was money well spent! Now for opportunities for improvement- i wasn't a fan of the falafel and the accompanied hummus - they tasted kinda old and it didn't jive with the rest of my meal. They have a specials menu that I'd like to sink my teeth into sometime, especially the chicken tikka masala!

I've been craving Mediterranean food for a while and I wanted to support a loval business so I went there. I've had this style of lamb before and I thought it was average. I honestly liked the yogurt and spicey sauce and that made the lamb a but more taster. I also got naan/ pita on the side with extra sauces so that was nice. I ordered my meal via grubhub so the customer service experience was cut short, but the meal did make me full! I would come here if I am really craving for Mediterranean food. Otherwise, I'll be making a srive to somewhere else.

The food was good here just with their interior was a little more inviting. But it did appear as if they were remodeling, so I'm excited to see what it looks like afterwards. The food was good and flavorful and portions were good too.

I love the play on words when it comes to businesses. It's definitely catchy and it stands out. Wifey picked-up some take-out food here last week for our dinner. She got 2 Lamb Gyros, 2 Kabob plate combos of Lamb & Beef (comes with rice, chutney, naan bread and salad) and 4 Mango Lassi. The portions on the combo plates are bountiful, although my only complaint was that there were more beef than lamb. I think I only had 3 pieces of lamb compared to beef on the combo plate that I got. I also checked for lamb on the other plate and it had disproportionately more lamb than beef as well. Although delicious nonetheless, I just wished it was more even because the lamb was more tender and better seasoned compared to the beef. They gyro, however, was excellent. The Tzatziki sauce added a nice tang and contrast to the gyro. The lamb was tender and huge portions to satisfy one's appetite. The mango lassi was sweet and satisfying. Since we enjoyed their food so much, especially the gyro, I convinced the Wifey to go back here to pick-up lunch this weekend. Bonus to checking-in is that you get a slice of free Bakhlava for dessert. Of course all establishments have modified the way to conduct their business during the pandemic and this is no exception. There are markers on the floor and signs in the restaurant reminding everyone of social distancing. Also gotta have to wear a mask for extra protection. We got 2 Gyros and 2 Mango Lassi for lunch and was also in the mood for some Chicken Tandoori, but were told they were currently out. There were some type of meat grilling in the back and we asked what it was, but didn't quite understood the answer provided. The guy or owner working at the register could've been more engaging though, which made for an awkward encounter. So we just enjoyed the Gyros, Mango Lassi and free Bakhlava instead as soon as we received our orders. I said, "Thank you" as I was leaving and I didn't even get an acknowledgement or response back from him. So it left a bitter taste in my mouth due to the awkward and cold interaction. Don't get me wrong here, not trying to be on a high horse or anything and I really do like your food. A little warmness and engagement will be reciprocated and goes a long way during times like these. Maybe he was having a bad day, but don't take it out on the customer, please.

They are open during SIP and closed on Mondays. Order via phone or walk-in. The guy's demeanor was short but I wouldn't say unfriendly. He wasn't wearing a mask or gloves like other restaurants, in case that bothers you. I'm not the biggest Mediterranean cuisine fan, but this place adds a great addition and diversity to Hercules's usual fast food and Chinese food. I also was craving something a more on the healthier side. And the raving reviews sold me, thanks to fellow yelpers for the photos! I ordered the chicken gyro and beef kabob plate (I'm also not a fan of lamb). The gyro can be a combo with a salad or fries and a drink. The beef kabob plate came with pita bread, salad, and sauces. The gyro was more flavorful than the beef plate. The chicken was well seasoned and maybe it was everything together, but it was not dry at all. It had some spice to it which made it even better. The pita was thick and soft. The beef kebob was drier but the rice pilaf was great. The beef isn't bad when dipped in the sauces, but I do wish it was juicier. Before you start judging, I did not finish both dishes. But that's my business. I enjoyed my meal but would definitely choose the gyro over the plate.

Thank you Yelp reviews! You've helped me decide on what's for dinner tonight in the area and this place definitely hit the spot for me and satisfied my cravings. They give you great portions of food at great prices! Can't beat it!

Shalimar's Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandoori Chicken and their rice. Shalimar is a bit holee-in-the- wallee but their food is delicious. Today we decided to give Paradise a chance and save some driving miles and time.. First impression. The glass entrance door could use some windex and tape removed. Sprucing up. Looking good. Maybe this place IS Just Like Shalimar but without the drive. Inside the place looks spacious and clean with the exception of two pieces of litter near a band stage that keep screaming to be picked up. As we were not greeted when we arrived, we walked across the restaurant to interupt the cashier\waiter''s conversation he is engaged in. We are told we should take our menus he hands us to the table of our choosing and that he will be our waiter. The Waiter\Cashier is charming and attentive on every interaction we have with him after this. After about 30 minutes our Tandoori Chicken arrives sizzling and steaming on a heated metal plate. A nice touch. That heated metal plate kept the chicken hot the entire meal. The size of the Tandoori order was smaller than we are used to but I'm still happy I'm not driving to Dublin. My wife complains that the chicken tastes "old" as if it was precooked and then reheated. The other items arrived. We both loved the Tikka Masala , Rice and Garlic Naan. And enjoyed skipping the round trip to Dublin. We wanted to order more rice but the Waiter/Cashier was being bum rushed with what looked like to-go orders and I didn't want to wait in line to ask for rice. Our meal is almost finished and the Waiter/Cashier stops by to ask how things are. We mention the rice story and he immediately offers an order of rice and Tikka Masala gravy. Turns out it was the rice With Chicken in the gravy. Nice one Sir. Wife and I both agree that we will stop by for Tikka Masala but will be driving to Dublin for Tandori Chicken. Take note that there may be an automatically applied service charge added to your bill regardless of your party size. We got one for a party of two. Also the toilet bowl in the first of two variable sex restrooms that you come to is not totally secured to the floor.

Welp, I came in again finally. Last time I was in here was 2023 (I left up my last review so you…read morecould see I was a fan of this place). Had a lot of beers left over from before Covid so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I've been trying to come back here for the last 4 weeks. Came by 4 times. The first three times it was closed - during open hours. The first time they had a sign "family emergency" which is understandable. The last two times I came by during open hours and they were just closed. Not acceptable. I'm guessing other people who kept coming by during open hours only to find them close will not come back again. Today, October 31, 2025 was going to be the last time - if they were closed again I would not come back. They were open. I went in and looked at the beers. There's a lot of really dirty bottles in the fridge. I pulled a Knee Deep out and looked at the date. It said 2015. I thought maybe it was so dirty I wasn't reading it right. Pulled out another one. 2015. Pulled out some other bottles. More from 2015 and 2016. We're in 2025. This is not a typo or a gag. He's selling beers from 2015. And he's selling this at full price. 7 bucks a pop. IPAs have a shelf life. Imagine getting a bottle of Knee Deep Citra home that you paid 7 bucks for and getting the tasteless, flat, bad water you're going to have with a ten year old bottle of beer. Kept looking. Found one 4 pack that was from May of this year - that was it. That was the only one I could find of the beers I looked at that was semi-recent. Some of the stuff had no date - knowing they sell decade old beer I would not buy any of it. Then I found one four pack that was from 2014. 2014. Eleven years ago. This is not a typo. He sells beer from 2014 in 2025 as fresh, full priced beer. IPAs. Never again. This is a place called "BOTTLES" who's main deal is his craft beer. And he's selling decade old beer at full price (shouldn't be selling decade old beer at any price). I used to be a big fan of this place - now I just want to warn people - if you go here for beer - look at the dates. And if you get a chance, sort the reviews here on yelp for Bottles by stars and look at the other one star reviews. All the one star reviews are the same as mine - complaining about old beer. But these are all from 2019 and before. So this guy was doing it back then - and the beers I'm seeing here today are probably the same beers these people back in 2019, 2018, 2017 were complaining about - still in the freezer. I give Bevmo crap for selling year old beer. Imagine selling 11 year old beer at full price. Unethical and incredibly bad business. Never again.
