The store always has something new each visit as the merchandise changes to the season and if there are holidays during the time of year. I always check out the clearance section of each area to see if I can snag some good finds. It's also great to go here just as holidays finish since the seasonal items go on clearance soon after. That's when I stock up on Christmas gift wrap. Service can be spotty, but generally most of the workers are nice. It is located in a shopping center in the back, so there is plenty of parking.

Going in and finding exactly what I wanted made the shopping spree more than wonderful. The store was clean and the product in the section I was in, needed a lot of attention, however I did manage to find something at an awesome price. After picking out my treasured piece, I looked around the store for a few minutes more and then I headed over to the cashier where the service I received got better and better and better. SERVICE* So in reality, the service was GOOD because I found the container store. That's having a store available in the town I was visiting. The service got BETTER because they had what I needed, at a reasonable price and it's availability. The service was at its BEST when I checked out and paid less at check out and, not only that, I'm excited now.... The cashier left me dumbfounded when she put a Bed, Bath, & Beyond (BB&B) coupon in my bag. I was literally like, what's this. What's happening, what's going on. And then she told me that The Container Store will be stocking BB&B products in the store really soon. TOUCHDOWN!! IYKYK if you didn't, NYK! When I was ready to commit to the job, he came out to do the measurements, and after chatting a bit, he advised that what I thought I needed/wanted, I actually didn't, and gave me options that was much better on my wallet and still gave me the look I was going for. I was told it would take about 8 weeks before they can do the job, and exactly 8 weeks later, Richard called to set up the date/time for his guys to come over. Dave and Kenny showed up, did an amazing job. Efficient, timely, and cleaned up after the job was done. I was very impressed. If I should need other work done on the house, I will definitely be calling them again.
