Tow service never calls when they arrive or knocks on address door, they just text saying drivers here come outside . I see text 5 minutes after it was sent , spent 20 minutes standing out side in snow . I call and text Bradleys NO ANSWER, I finally give up go in and call VW roadside assistance. VW roadside states driver drove by , did not see anyone standing by car. so he left . ( the car is in the driveway of the address given) Id say " CRAP SERVICE" By Bradey's. I'd also say maybe rest of the 5 star reviews are FAKE

My mom and I were driving in the dark when some kind of debris from the road got into our wheel…read morewell. We pulled off the 401 to see what had happened, and we heard hissing- our tire was punctured. Because it was a new car and I was having trouble using the jack, we called CAA to get our tire changed. We are SO thankful that it was Bill's Towing and Recovery that answered the call. Bill was friendly, funny, and most of all, really helpful. When he took off the tire, we could see there was much more damage to the car than we had originally thought. Two of the doors had been damaged, and a filter literally fell out from under the car as the wheel came off. He warned us that the car probably wasn't safe to drive, and it should be towed to the dealer. In addition, due to the amount of damage that was done, that we needed to contact the police to have a report made. He stayed with us throughout the process, made sure everything worked out with the police, and even made an arrangement with the CAA dispatcher when we called VW roadside assistance to get a tow so that we didn't have to wait an hour for another tow truck to come. Bill got us back to Ottawa safely, and even charged my mom's phone which had died in the process. He had assured us that he would wait with us until our ride showed up, and was absolutely fantastic with the car he towed. We could not have asked for a better person to help us out in a potentially really bad situation. We would HIGHLY recommend him for any future towing needs.
