Called Taplin, they were able to pick it up the next day. Eric called after checking it out and the said the motor was blown. Of course was 2 months out of warranty, he said would call Ariens and see what he could do. Because of Eric's perseverance they replaced the motor, at no charge to us. The shoes are hideous and everything else that is from the last century is pretty high priced. I did find a pair of purple forever 21+ skinny jeans here a few months ago, but I want to say I paid $12-$15 for them and if they were on sale in the store, I could have bought them new. This was my second visit, and both times the staff took good care of me. During their soft opening, they tuned up our bicycles and did quality work at a fair price. This week, I needed a few pedal bolts loosened to make bike transport easier. They had me stop in, fixed it quickly, and sent me on my way. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me some impressive new bikes, including cool electric models and one with eye-catching balloon tires. This time of year, the focus is clearly skis. They had plenty of ski gear and cold-weather clothing on display, ready for winter. I missed the grand opening, but the service won me over anyway. My daughter has struggled with sensory issues her entire life that make certain situations challenging. After finding the perfect dress she was so excited to try it on and show her friends. We struggled in the dressing room because I couldn't figure out how to help her get it on and she ended up stuck at one point. Long story short when we finally got the dress on I couldn't figure out how to lace the back and reached out to the associate for guidance. She flat out refused to help stating "No I don't want to go in there". My daughter was brought to tears and of course the 3 girls refused to buy the dresses they all wanted out of principal. It pains me that in 2026 this is how people treat others with disabilities.

In my dancing years I enjoyed coming here for my shoes, leotards, tights, leg warmers, fake eye…read morelashes...all the things you need to be a dance. I needed shoes for lyrical, jazz, ballet, and pointe. Shoes only last at most a year, so I was here often. They have a great selection of different types of shoes so you can find the one that fits you best. They are also very knowledgeable. When I needed my first pair of pointe shoes I was so excited. Only dancers will understand.... I came here and they sat me down and looked at my feet, measured them, had me stand and get into different ballet positions. They had me try on many different styles and brands. They kept encouraging me to take my time, move around in the shoes, etc. I was there for awhile, it was a process, but I appreciated it because I came out with a great first pair of shoes. They even set me up with the right kind of padding and tape, and showed my mom and I how to sew on the elastic and ties. It also always smells good in here..just a side note.
