The following night they texted me after 11 p.m, saying that my appointment had been cancelled. i asked, " Why? " and got no reply. This transpired between March 2 and 5, 2026. They said arrive by 9:30 and they can still do the grooming. Raced said dog there, ran into the building (rolling my ankle on the way IYKYK), and got to the desk at 9:30 on the dot (honestly might have been 9:29 when I walked in the door). Was told sorry the groomer said she can't take her it's 9:30. I said "you told my friend be here by 9:30 so what's the issue?" The front counter person said "It's 9:30 so the groomer can't she's very busy today." I said "well what if it was 9:29 and 59 seconds?" Counter person said "well we aren't an actually keeping a timer?" Yet that's exactly what they were doing. SHAME on this local neighborhood business for treating anyone this way. We personally left Green K9 back when Marni sold it because it's been totally downhill since and this is just another instance. This place is garbage and hopefully they won't last much longer in our town.

It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

I had ask that they only provide me with one one of their walkers that I had for the first 18 months, at least twice a week if possible. Their final response was " she is rarely available during the times I requested" ... I mean for the first 18 months she was available , and now she was not.... After numerous attempts to remedy this, they decided (Customer Service Agent Becca) to cut me and my dogs loose. I contacted them to give them "NOTICE"; that I would be looking for another service. I am a senior citizen wtih Dystolic Heart Failure. What a way to treat a senior citizen.. Terrible service... And the owner, did nothing, even though on her web page she states "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will correct it right away and offer a money-back guarantee". They said family emergency on 13th. Rearranged schedule for 13th. Morning of 13th, get message, their vehicle in shop. Message said they would be here on 13th. Texted and called for confirmation. No response. No show on 13th. Again no response to my text. Phone goes right to hangup. Would not recommend. I had to give 1 star. Finally got call back from Jamie. She apologized for the confusion and mix up. She is out of town on family emergency but agrees that the communications need to be improved. We had horrible customer service. Our original groomer retired so we had to find a new place. Took…read moremy sweet 16 year old dog there twice. The second time, the original groomer was no longer there and the owner treated me and my dog terribly. She told me he was too difficult to groom because he is old and can't stand up long enough. We were a burden and told not to come back, she has no time for us anymore. Tried calling again a few weeks later and were told again that she can't take him anymore, even though he's not new. She was incredibly rude on the phone and offered no other alternatives for him. I wouldn't take my animals to a place like this ever again!! I can only imagine how my dog was treated during his appointment!!
