We took Jack there and described what we had in mind, picked him up a couple hours later and he looked wonderful. Such a good cut for him. And it was exactly what I had wanted. The price was very reasonable. I will be using Sittin' Pretty for all of Jack's needs in the future.

I have taken my dogs there for quite a few years now. This morning had an appt there at 9:15. I had…read moreto get something very important signed waiting for the person whom was late I was stuck. I finally got a call to them at 9:30 am. 1st thing out of her mouth was i had to pay a $35.00 fee for being late or even trying to reschedule. I have never missed an appt there and was not even warned about this fee. She then goes on to tell me the "computer " generates this fee. Really like no human can change that? That was really dumb to say. We all know its not true. In all the years going there I have never seen such a charge. Maybe next time let your customers know ahead of time of this charge.

I just read the response from the owner and not sure what he was saying other than come to him…read moreprivately to get his side of the story. Everything I posted was 100% accurate and is still unsettling knowing they are drumming up business as shown by three new reviews by separate people within days who bring their dogs from Baltimore. What a coincident! This owner who claims to be able to provide true facts had absolutely no initial involvement in this incident nor contact with our dogs. I'm not sure how he can comment on what happened as his staff claimed to know nothing. Where are these facts coming from. Please do not trust this place or their practices. They show little concern for the animals well being and hide behind contracts. I will continue to spread the word about them from afar so I may possibly keep another dog from going through this trauma.

My lab is 65# and everything I needed was there including the support. Shampoos (2) on tap, towels, high velocity blow dryer, temperature controlled water, large raised tub with stairs, apron for me and grooming brushes. And i don't have to clean up! All for 14 bucks? Really? I gave her 20! Well worth it and I can be with my dog to make sure he is clean to my specifications. I will be back monthly. It beats trying to give him a bath in my house in the winter with him messing up the bathroom, and having him roll in the dirt after his bath outside in the summer.

I was charged a phenomenal amount and was not told prior to presenting me with the bill. When I went back for the checkup, again I was overcharged and was prescribed the same medication that wasn't effective the first time. I had to take my dog to an animal clinic to get the ear infection cleared up, spending a total of over $1300. I have since changed Vets, and was charged less than $100 for a new visit with two vaccines. My advice is, make good choices and ask questions, even if you trusted them in the past.

We have been taking our dog to Robyn since he was a puppy. So about 5 years now. She used to be a…read moregroomer at a local chain store then out of her house. Now she has opened her own business and we could not be happier. Robyn really loves animals and is the most patient and thorough groomer you can imagine. Our dog is part Chow so he is very fluffy and has a Chow's temperament. This means he is very difficult to groom and he does not let just anyone even touch him, but he loves Robyn. We once tried to take him somewhere else and they were unable to finish grooming him. Robyn only does one dog at a time so there is less stress for the animal and it takes much less time to complete. She also does not use cages. While our dog dries she plays with him and bonds with him. You will not get this kind of service elsewhere and for such a bargain of a price. I cannot recommend Lucky Pooch Grooming enough.
