I had to pick up a friends dogs and I've never been to a junkier place then this. And not only THAT the woman was beyond rude and went into the back and told an employee "that bitch isn't allowed back in my shop." This stemmed from me calling to check the status on the dogs because I have kids and needed to get a sitter to be able to pick the dogs up. She also talked negatively about her dogs and them being so "matted." I will never return to this shop. If I could give a zero star I would. read more

My first experiences with Gina started when she worked for another grooming salon closer to home. My Shih Tzu has always looked great when she's done. Then Gina moved on...and the salon just wasn't the same. I was told that Daisy was too matted and they had to shave her! Ummm...NO! I never had been told that before and Daisy doesn't like to be cold. So, I followed Gina to Hedgesville. Convenient...no. Worth the trip so Daisy looks good and and I know she's being treated well...yes! Gina is clearly a dog lover and has a heart of gold. I highly recommend taking your pets to her, but I sure wish she was closer to Charles Town. =) read more
