But I am telling you, don't trust any place else with your dog. The grooming is also good too. I set my dog up with a shampoo and cut on the day or two before we come home... and it's great. Just great. Prices are also very cheap. For what you get.... a healthy dog back. I have had OTHER places return my dog sick and with huge vet bill for service and meds. NEVER has my dog come home perfectly fine like he does from Posh Pet. When we picked the dog up Monday afternoon she tells us a different price. She has somehow determined that Saturday to Monday is actually 3 days, and we now owe her for 3 days boarding. A little confused, I said no it is only 2 days and in fact, it hasn't even been 48 hours since we dropped him off! Her response was that she charged 3 days because he got there on Saturday, he was there on Sunday and he was there on Monday. I said this is quite extraordinary, I mean my hotel doesn't charge like that, car rental companies don't charge like this and you never disclosed any of this when we dropped him off. Shady and deceptive to say the least. And she only accepts cash....

He was having so much diarrhea he was bleeding from his rectum and he had sores on his mouth and was severely dehydrated. We were told that no one called us because they didn't think it was an emergency that we would need to come back early for... We immediately took him to the vet where he stayed for 3 nights for testing, blood work, IV fluids and antibiotics. Poor communication and care from the grooming room resulted in a $4,300 vet bill and emotional/mental stress for our family and dog.
