This is a terrible pet service. The owners have so many businesses that they are trying to sell…read morethat they aren't focused on pets. First, the proprietress kept canceling our meet and greet appointment. Thereafter, she did not follow through on agreed upon regular visits because she double books as standard practice (her stated policy) I just wonder what kind of care the pets get if the business double books all times and no one can really monitor the care a pet receives when the pet parent is absent. The business is so unprofessional and so scattered about the pet sitting that the owner pressures pet sitting patrons to use their credit service instead of focusing on pet care. Text messages end with pressure to use these extraneous services which are a distraction and would be a problem for a customer without unlimited texting..but they haven't considered this in their business practices. My neighbor was pleased with the service until they found that the dog was stuffed with treats as a substitute for attention and care. This discovery was made when they returned from a trip to find stale dog vomit throughout the house. I had my concerns when the proprietress pushed her other businesses when I first met her, but the fact that I couldn't count on them from week to week as agreed just confirmed my concerns. You might be interested in their other services; go ahead and pay for them if you are interested. But I wouldn't trust the owners to attend to your pet, much less provide quality care. When the focus is all about money and finding multiple revenue streams and tries to use pet services as an entree to potential customers for these other services, pet care suffers. The proprietress claimed that she should have become a vet tech. I suspect she did not follow through on this interest because of her lack of commitment to providing adequate pet care. Bitter and fed up customer..yes I am. I was very patient when she constantly canceled meetings with me, but failing to keep my dog on the books due to overbooking is unforgivable. Sample of messages below: note, I was agreeable to all the schedule changes, but she supposedkly didn't get my responses till "too late". In her words, she double books, runs herself ragged, can't make appointments, and doesn't mention pet care. Obviously if she can't drive, the pets aren't getting her attention. This is the best thing I have found for my dog in a long time!…read more I don't normally review anything other that restaurants, but this place is the bomb! My lab is 65# and everything I needed was there including the support. Shampoos (2) on tap, towels, high velocity blow dryer, temperature controlled water, large raised tub with stairs, apron for me and grooming brushes. And i don't have to clean up! All for 14 bucks? Really? I gave her 20! Well worth it and I can be with my dog to make sure he is clean to my specifications. I will be back monthly. It beats trying to give him a bath in my house in the winter with him messing up the bathroom, and having him roll in the dirt after his bath outside in the summer.

We took our boy to Jason to deal with severe food aggression and strong leash pulling. Jason said he's not going to deal with the food aggression, he's going deeper to the root cause and the aggression will disappear as a result. We were hesitant, but decided to trust him. BEST DECISION WE'VE EVER MADE!!! We've had our boy back for about 2 months now and we are amazed at what Jason achieved in just one week! There has not been one sign of food aggression. Feeding time is pleasant and fun for everyone now. The leash pulling took a bit longer to control, but is finally starting to sink in with our boy. He's loose leash walking like a champ now. We've used the training to also help address excitement over visitors at the door and jumping up on people. If you're in need for a trainer, especially if your dog has severe behavioral issues, look no further. Jason is the right person for the job! He's a very straight forward, tell it like it is, no non-sense kind of guy. He understands your frustration and the issue(s) you're dealing with. We can not thank Jason enough for helping our boy overcome his issues! We look forward to working with him again in the future.

So my mother and I sent a text message each if everything was fine the day we left since my pup has never been left alone. The owner the proceeded to call my mother and scream at the top of his lungs that he doesn't like to be contacted about the boarded dogs he has cause he has too many dogs to tend to. He then proceeded to scream if we were going to be a problem. We were already a couple hours away at this point so we couldn't turn back. I would never take my pup back to this place. On top of that it looks nothing like the pictures it is extremely filthy and cluttered. It is no place for anyone's dog to board. Stay away from this place if you like to check in on your fur baby. This owner is extremely hostile and rude on the phone. The reviews must be fake because the place is nothing like the reviews say AT ALL. STAY AWAY.
