This is a terrible pet service. The owners have so many businesses that they are trying to sell…read morethat they aren't focused on pets. First, the proprietress kept canceling our meet and greet appointment. Thereafter, she did not follow through on agreed upon regular visits because she double books as standard practice (her stated policy) I just wonder what kind of care the pets get if the business double books all times and no one can really monitor the care a pet receives when the pet parent is absent. The business is so unprofessional and so scattered about the pet sitting that the owner pressures pet sitting patrons to use their credit service instead of focusing on pet care. Text messages end with pressure to use these extraneous services which are a distraction and would be a problem for a customer without unlimited texting..but they haven't considered this in their business practices. My neighbor was pleased with the service until they found that the dog was stuffed with treats as a substitute for attention and care. This discovery was made when they returned from a trip to find stale dog vomit throughout the house. I had my concerns when the proprietress pushed her other businesses when I first met her, but the fact that I couldn't count on them from week to week as agreed just confirmed my concerns. You might be interested in their other services; go ahead and pay for them if you are interested. But I wouldn't trust the owners to attend to your pet, much less provide quality care. When the focus is all about money and finding multiple revenue streams and tries to use pet services as an entree to potential customers for these other services, pet care suffers. The proprietress claimed that she should have become a vet tech. I suspect she did not follow through on this interest because of her lack of commitment to providing adequate pet care. Bitter and fed up customer..yes I am. I was very patient when she constantly canceled meetings with me, but failing to keep my dog on the books due to overbooking is unforgivable. Sample of messages below: note, I was agreeable to all the schedule changes, but she supposedkly didn't get my responses till "too late". In her words, she double books, runs herself ragged, can't make appointments, and doesn't mention pet care. Obviously if she can't drive, the pets aren't getting her attention. If she is sending a substitute when she can't make it, I am unaware of who this person is.. Theresa's message samples. All as sent. Could we change our meeting time?
