Hi Sarah, Tiffany's husband here. The reply you gave back is false. As my wife stated, our dog and…read moreI never entered your house. We left once your husband opened the door to our excited puppy and I. We never had the chance for a meet and greet since all we got from your husband was head shaking and muffled mumbles through the glass door. Perhaps your husband has our brief encounter confused with a different one, as our puppy has never once had an incident with a Shih Tzu or any dog for that matter. If you so choose to stick with the story you claim, then you've made us feel satisfied that we did not leave our dog with you. You want to leave your pet with someone you can trust and this story, regarding our encounter, is obviously fabricated. Again, if your husband has our encounter confused with a different one then we'd be willing to accept the apology. But if this is what you claim to be true, do not trust this place.

This is the first time I've ever had to leave my beloved Delilah with anyone. I did my research and…read moredecided we did not want our dog in a kennel and found Sarah through Yelp. We were very pleased with Sarah and felt our girl was safe and loved. We received pictures multiple times daily with updates. Before Delilah was allowed to stay, I met with Sarah and her husband to make sure she was not aggressive. Delilah has not been around other dogs much (besides our other dog), but by the 2nd day, she had multiple friends and was playing with them. I highly recommend Sarah as a kind, caring person to watch your dog. We will be using her services again in the future.

This was a horrible experience from the start. We had a 4pm appointment to drop off our dog. She…read morewas a no show. After leaving several messages, 2 hours later she returns the call and says that she forgot... Reluctantly we took the dog back to be boarded for two days, Saturday afternoon to Monday afternoon. When we picked the dog up Monday afternoon she tells us a different price. She has somehow determined that Saturday to Monday is actually 3 days, and we now owe her for 3 days boarding. A little confused, I said no it is only 2 days and in fact, it hasn't even been 48 hours since we dropped him off! Her response was that she charged 3 days because he got there on Saturday, he was there on Sunday and he was there on Monday. I said this is quite extraordinary, I mean my hotel doesn't charge like that, car rental companies don't charge like this and you never disclosed any of this when we dropped him off. Shady and deceptive to say the least. And she only accepts cash....

Boo (the cute dog) adores her. And how great is it that she COMES TO YOUR HOUSE? I hand Boo over, Jessie makes her pretty, and I get about an hour and a half to eat lunch without a dog trying to steal my sandwich. #winning Her price is equal to what Boo's previous groomer charged, with the bonus that I don't actually have to drive Boo anywhere 'cause she's a freakin' terror in the car. Boo, in her natural state, is a super fluffy cavachon - similar to a low-flying cumulus cloud, but littered with eye boogers and cowlicks. $85 takes care of her bath, trim, nail filing, and teeth brushing. It's totally worth it.
