I finally got a call to them at 9:30 am. 1st thing out of her mouth was i had to pay a $35.00 fee for being late or even trying to reschedule. I have never missed an appt there and was not even warned about this fee. She then goes on to tell me the "computer " generates this fee. Really like no human can change that? That was really dumb to say. We all know its not true. In all the years going there I have never seen such a charge. Maybe next time let your customers know ahead of time of this charge.

Really? I gave her 20! Well worth it and I can be with my dog to make sure he is clean to my specifications. I will be back monthly. It beats trying to give him a bath in my house in the winter with him messing up the bathroom, and having him roll in the dirt after his bath outside in the summer.

I was charged a phenomenal amount and was not told prior to presenting me with the bill. When I went back for the checkup, again I was overcharged and was prescribed the same medication that wasn't effective the first time. I had to take my dog to an animal clinic to get the ear infection cleared up, spending a total of over $1300. I have since changed Vets, and was charged less than $100 for a new visit with two vaccines. My advice is, make good choices and ask questions, even if you trusted them in the past.

We have been taking our dog to Robyn since he was a puppy. So about 5 years now. She used to be a…read moregroomer at a local chain store then out of her house. Now she has opened her own business and we could not be happier. Robyn really loves animals and is the most patient and thorough groomer you can imagine. Our dog is part Chow so he is very fluffy and has a Chow's temperament. This means he is very difficult to groom and he does not let just anyone even touch him, but he loves Robyn. We once tried to take him somewhere else and they were unable to finish grooming him. Robyn only does one dog at a time so there is less stress for the animal and it takes much less time to complete. She also does not use cages. While our dog dries she plays with him and bonds with him. You will not get this kind of service elsewhere and for such a bargain of a price. I cannot recommend Lucky Pooch Grooming enough.
