The owner the proceeded to call my mother and scream at the top of his lungs that he doesn't like to be contacted about the boarded dogs he has cause he has too many dogs to tend to. He then proceeded to scream if we were going to be a problem. We were already a couple hours away at this point so we couldn't turn back. I would never take my pup back to this place. On top of that it looks nothing like the pictures it is extremely filthy and cluttered. It is no place for anyone's dog to board. Stay away from this place if you like to check in on your fur baby. This owner is extremely hostile and rude on the phone. The reviews must be fake because the place is nothing like the reviews say AT ALL. STAY AWAY.

It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

It was challenging work for her, because she had to administer an inhaler treatment twice a day to one of the cats, Marlow, despite not having known him before. She did an absolutely wonderful job. He was actually in better shape and coughing less, after we came home than before we left. Both cats looked happy and relaxed. The cat area was left clean and tidy. I will look no further next time we need cat care. We also loved the photos and updates we got each day....it helped us relax much better while away!

The staff is all caring and understanding from the front counter staff, to the techs to the vets. Our dog does not like being confined or feet touched but the staff was able to cut our dogs nails and look at her torn dewclaw without issue. I could not speak higher of this office. They are able to get you in usually the same day if needed. They have provided exceptional care to our dog since switching to them.

I used the Vet for my dogs for years and recently received substandard care. My dog had an ear…read moreinfection. I was charged a phenomenal amount and was not told prior to presenting me with the bill. When I went back for the checkup, again I was overcharged and was prescribed the same medication that wasn't effective the first time. I had to take my dog to an animal clinic to get the ear infection cleared up, spending a total of over $1300. I have since changed Vets, and was charged less than $100 for a new visit with two vaccines. My advice is, make good choices and ask questions, even if you trusted them in the past.
