Sadie comes out of the van smelling like a dream with a beautiful healthy coat and I can see her eyes again! Jesse is also great with us as first time doodle owners. She spent 30min with my husband today showing him how to brush her out correctly and is currently showing him the bathing routine she uses so we can get a bath in at the half way point between grooms. She comes to my house which is perfect when there is a pandemic and your working from home. Sadie is SUPER excited when she sees the van which makes me very happy and comfertable handing over my dog for her spa day.

I can tell my doggies feel happy and pampered after their groomings. We'll definitely be long time customers. Pricing is very reasonable and caters specifically to our dogs' different needs. We lost Lucy,…read moreour Pit, in 2014 when she was 13 but she went to Fairview many, many times for as long as she was able to. She made friends with everyone and all the other dogs loved to play with her there. Abbey, our rescue lab/pit mix is 2 and is already in love with her daycare. All we have to do is touch her leash in the morning and she starts doing her happy dance knowing she's going to play with her friends. Sherry and Tom do a wonderful job and Cheryl is a blessing. All the animals I've seen really like her as my wife and I do. She's great at what she does. This is only the second Yelp comment I've ever left for a business but they absolutely deserve the accolades they get and are simply the best there is. One of these days maybe they'll even let me adopt one of the 2 cats that great everyone at the door. They'd let you pet them all day!

I just read the response from the owner and not sure what he was saying other than come to him…read moreprivately to get his side of the story. Everything I posted was 100% accurate and is still unsettling knowing they are drumming up business as shown by three new reviews by separate people within days who bring their dogs from Baltimore. What a coincident! This owner who claims to be able to provide true facts had absolutely no initial involvement in this incident nor contact with our dogs. I'm not sure how he can comment on what happened as his staff claimed to know nothing. Where are these facts coming from. Please do not trust this place or their practices. They show little concern for the animals well being and hide behind contracts. I will continue to spread the word about them from afar so I may possibly keep another dog from going through this trauma.

This is the best thing I have found for my dog in a long time!…read more I don't normally review anything other that restaurants, but this place is the bomb! My lab is 65# and everything I needed was there including the support. Shampoos (2) on tap, towels, high velocity blow dryer, temperature controlled water, large raised tub with stairs, apron for me and grooming brushes. And i don't have to clean up! All for 14 bucks? Really? I gave her 20! Well worth it and I can be with my dog to make sure he is clean to my specifications. I will be back monthly. It beats trying to give him a bath in my house in the winter with him messing up the bathroom, and having him roll in the dirt after his bath outside in the summer.

I'm new to Hagerstown and it's been quite a hassle finding good quality cat food. So I compromised…read moreby going to Petsmart for the best commercial dry cat food they have, which is still not ideal. I stumbled on this place on Google and decided to visit the store. I'm so glad I did, not only that they carry A+ quality pet food but they have the brand (Rawz) I used to feed my cats before I moved to Hagerstown and they have it in the biggest size which isn't available anywhere else. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their pricing is higher than the average commercial pet stores but in this case you get what you pay for.

I hate giving a mediocre review; hopefully this will help Hearty Pets get its shipping improved. My emails and rep reports have done nothing.

The staff is all caring and understanding from the front counter staff, to the techs to the vets. Our dog does not like being confined or feet touched but the staff was able to cut our dogs nails and look at her torn dewclaw without issue. I could not speak higher of this office. They are able to get you in usually the same day if needed. They have provided exceptional care to our dog since switching to them.

I was charged a phenomenal amount and was not told prior to presenting me with the bill. When I went back for the checkup, again I was overcharged and was prescribed the same medication that wasn't effective the first time. I had to take my dog to an animal clinic to get the ear infection cleared up, spending a total of over $1300. I have since changed Vets, and was charged less than $100 for a new visit with two vaccines. My advice is, make good choices and ask questions, even if you trusted them in the past.

We have been taking our dog to Robyn since he was a puppy. So about 5 years now. She used to be a…read moregroomer at a local chain store then out of her house. Now she has opened her own business and we could not be happier. Robyn really loves animals and is the most patient and thorough groomer you can imagine. Our dog is part Chow so he is very fluffy and has a Chow's temperament. This means he is very difficult to groom and he does not let just anyone even touch him, but he loves Robyn. We once tried to take him somewhere else and they were unable to finish grooming him. Robyn only does one dog at a time so there is less stress for the animal and it takes much less time to complete. She also does not use cages. While our dog dries she plays with him and bonds with him. You will not get this kind of service elsewhere and for such a bargain of a price. I cannot recommend Lucky Pooch Grooming enough.
