I haven't even been to their car wash and I am already disgusted with this business…read more I went to their website looking for prices and to see what services they offer. I could not find one bit of information about prices for a one time wash. EVERYTHING is about membership pricing. From the website, it appears to be a members-only business. It gets worse. I tried the website "Contact us" button on the website and got a list of locations. My first thought was, "That's not what I asked for. " Then I noticed that each location listed a phone number and email address. Oh, they want you to select your local store (that's good), but there's no way to contact corporate. That's NOT good. It's either dumb OR that's evil. It looks like they want to shove the customer complaints to the local franchise owner. When corporate ducks responsibility, it's not going to be good. They do have a chatbot, so I tried that. I had to select a location but they did offer "Other" as a choice so I selected that. Then I selected "Pricing" as my subject and asked about one-off washes. What I got back from the bot was a long sales pitch about buying a franchise!!!! Here's my response: "This is pretty stupid. You're giving me a long pitch about buying a franchise when I have not indicated any interest in that AT ALL. I asked about pricing. That's all. Your website seems to indicate that membership is required to use your carwash. If that's not the case, you have a stupid website. If that IS the case, you have a stupid business model." The bot responded with info about one-off prices AND MORE FRANCHISE SALES PITCH!!! They currently have less than a dozen locations, so this is a small company, yet their locations are spread from Florida to Massachusetts. And obviously, they are pushing to add new franchises as fast as they can. That's a great growth model, but it's not sustainable. A small company can't possibly support franchisees spread so thinly. Quality control across locations will be non-existent. I doubt this company will be around very long.

Greeted as soon as I walked in to my appointment to get Prince Tippytoes' nails trimmed. And he was immediately taken back. Now it seems he is very much a Primna Donna as his whines could be heard across the store. But the lovely lady who trimmed him said that despite his cries he was a good boy that didn't growl or snarl. Very convenient for the people who live in Urbana, and we are already repeat customers.

Other than never being able to figure out whether I was due for a free dog wash after my six visits, I always had good experiences with this location, that all changed today. Today's issue happened to be that I got a call 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there saying that they needed me to come 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment, when I said, I would split the difference and be 15 minutes late because I already had the dog in the car and was on my way. I was put on hold and then told that would be OK. Upon my arrival I was put in a room that had so much hair from the previous dog that the tub would not drain and I walked out covered in hair that was blowing around when trying to dry my dog (that was after having to move the dryer as they did not have the 2 that are normally there). Meanwhile, they were having one of their employees groom another dog in the room next-door instead of having the self wash stations open for self washes for their customers. Then to top it off the price to wash my own dog (with someone else's dog hair) is now $30 for a 20 minute time-slot, a teaspoon of shampoo and some of their water. I've been frustrated that it was difficult to call to schedule an appointment. Their website was/is cumbersome and not conducive to actually scheduling a time but gives an "afternoon/morning/evening" option. Then they would reach out to you with what times were available and you'd go back-and-forth trying to iron out a time instead of just being able to call. Very disappointed at the direction this new ownership has taken this establishment. This will probably be our last visit here...
