I was so embarrassed when we arrived because my little demon decided to take a number two right in the lobby. The staff didn't flinch and assured me they would take care of it. They checked us in just like they would do for me when I visit a spa and ushered him away for his grooming appointment. They called me a few hours later to say my boy was ready but I told them I wouldn't be able to get him until a couple of hours later. The agent said that was fine and I could get him anytime before closing. Mind you, I dropped him off before 10 am. So I'm basically getting free daycare along with the grooming fee. Which I also didn't pay for because I had a complimentary visit! I gave a nice tip when I picked him up and he rounded the corner with a glorious mane. I couldn't stop laughing because he was blown out to the GAWDS. Anyway, we will be back and I know it will be worth it.

We sent our dog- Arya for a bath, nail trim and de shedding service today 05/23. They called and…read morereminded us about the appointment which I thought was great. They called us once the service was completed. This is where all the positive things about this service ends. Arya came home still wet. I wonder if they even did any deshedding, her fur was all over the place. Nails were cut and not properly trimmed, leaving the rough edges. Would not recommend this place for these services.

After taking a small break from daycare, now being (3 yrs) I brought him back ab a month ago and he still get excited as soon as we pull up to the parking lot. Knowing how excited he gets and how he pretty much forgets ab me at the gate, is what makes me feel comfortable in leaving him here. Plus, I love picking up my exhausted pup means more relaxation for me xD

We had an appointment so when we came in for the first time we were expecting someone at the front…read moreto greet us. Nope no one around...we waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk so we decided to walk around and look for someone. We found a tech who put us in a room and told us to wait there. After another 10 minutes the doctor comes in and tells us to put our information into the computer and that he'd be right back. I put all of our information in then the tech came back, only to use the computer I was on to take another call and wipe the information I just put in. After that she started asking me questions about my pet but was in someone else's account so it wasn't my pet. It was all just very unorganized and unprofessional. I don't think I'll ever be back.

Nice staff and seems well kept but I strongly suspect that they have an internal "go around " with…read moresmall dogs. We saw a small pup we wanted and called every day :" not yet processed for adoption". On the 4th day, it was " sorry -just someone walked in the morning 5 minutes after the pup was processed and took the pup". She forgot to mention that they are closed to the public in the morning! The Pup was never on their adoption page and the only reason I knew about the pup I wanted is because a kind volunteer told me discreetly, they just got in a very small dog who was still behind closed doors... This said the big dogs... lots of them.
