The name makes sense once someone enters, and it's so true. In the former 1st-level JCPenney space, there are bins located throughout the whole space, with all different types of items. This is a thrift shop that provides so much, and I was impressed with the variety. I also found items hanging on shelves, along with big household items, such as ovens and washing machines. The prices are decent as well, which makes this store great. Some areas need to be widened between the bins, as many are close together. I was so excited that a new store opened and it was one of those returns store! I've seen similar ones on YouTube, and I always wanted to go to one. I went during Grand opening week, and it was pretty decent items even though it was a Sunday. I also went on Saturday when they filled up the store and there were some finds. However.... Here's the reason for 2 stars: 1. Workers yelling at customers for opening boxes. And threatening to kick them out or make them pay full price for it. I get it, but WTF? Lol. If you want people to use the customer service area to open items, make it bigger. Not just 2 freaking guys helping 10 people open 35 boxes and plug in each one. I'm not waiting there for 45 minutes to see random crap inside the box. Have a self open area and have a couple of employees over watching. 2. I've been there several times. It seems they are picking out good stuff to sell on the side for themselves. It's not a good business model. They have more and more stuff "for sale" and no longer a mystery find. Because of this, they no longer have decent stuff for the picking. It's not worth it to go when it's more than a few bux each box at this point. 3. Very unorganized. Refer to #1. PROS: This was by far the best bin thrift shop I've been too. Other bin thrift shops have junky items. This one actually had great items. Their daily fixed prices are also unique while the staff is friendly. Variety is strong and the place is huge CONS: The isles between the bins are too skinny for the carts to squeeze by and there's a lot of empty boxes and broken items that are needed to be thrown out that are still in the bins OVERALL: Great place to come to, however, they just need to move the bins farther apart and clean up the unsellable items read more

I've been to this store since they opened about a year and a half ago. This store has downgraded so much. But every employee have treated me great except for this very tall Arab man he is rude and has a lot of attitude. And then there is this short dark skin male (didn't catch his name), He was very funny and sweet. Other than that the store in the beginning was my favorite store in the mall everything was a steal and they had mostly everything you could imagine in the bins for cheap! Now they put all the good stuff in the showcase and you would have to buy it for a certain price. I would say now Saturday mornings are where you find the best stuff you can! After Thursday and Friday the stuff are more trashy and that's why they are such low price. read more

The Staff is amazing. The Owner who is always in the videos is a total jerk who doesn't speak to the customers unless you purchase alot of product. He is not warm nor welcoming to those that keep his store afloat. But otherwise, if you go on a good day, there are amazing products. read more

Today is my birthday and I was so excited for a little treasure hunt. Today is Wednesday $6 day. However it's a bait and switch. If u actually find something the price has now changed to $15 , $25 and $30 at the register/ And when asked how i was supposed to know the manager told me "I Tell you" the price. Sorry but that is not how retail works and I will be reporting them to consumer affairs. When the store opened it was a fun treasure hunt. And now you feel like you are being nickeled and dimed. But the worst part is when the kid who works the register was rude beyond belief refused to ring us up because we questioned why he was elevating the price . And then decided to speak about us in front of us in another language as if I was wrong to question this and I was the problem. Pro on sat you can find good deals just wish the bins are only new stuff not new n old mixed up, check item some are missing parts or don't work. Bins sometimes are not being cleaned out leaving things that don't work or is broken I see it in the bins for week again and again or make a special $1 bin for the things you want to hang on to. They change prices at register eventho it's a $2 day. On the cheaper days I find that they change the price of things in the bin that's $2, if something is a set of knives they are charging per item and accused you of putting things in in the box, however that's what people returned. If they have several items they return it in the box, that makes no sense. They are starting to price some of the new items to put on the shelf rather than stick to what they opened the store and I will go less and it's unfair. Last advice boxes that are open items that are viewed should we put into clear bags so customers are not taking apart the items and scattering them in the bins. read more

Used to like this store alot. But, everytime we go on $6 or $2 day, if I found good item in the bin. The cashier would change the price at the spot. Finding 10 good item, they take back 8 item saying it's suppose to be $15. It's a waste of time looking for treasure and not allow to buy it at the advertise price. It's a total scam. read more

The bins are filled with items you can easily buy cheaper elsewhere. It was extremely hot there and they show the same people finding the same items on their social media pages. The higher price items you can buy in the locked cases. Don't be fooled by this place. You will be disappointed at the so called bargains. Not to mention the staff isn't nice when they post on their instagram story they gave a teacher discount when i asked the lady was nasty and said well did I'll give you 5% off. lol. this place is absolutely disgusting. i never write reviews but i was looking through the bins and i picked up something and it was covered in a gross oily unidentifiable substance. the further we went into the store the worse it got. there were aisles and aisles of ripped open boxes, broken items, pieces of plastic, and ripped clothes. there was no one who looked like they were working there and the one guy who was was wearing gloves. i'm revolted that a store like this is allowed to be open as it seems like a health and safety hazard and is pretty sketchy--its like they're selling unclaimed packages or stolen goods and it is the epitome of overconsumption. read more

I used to really enjoy visiting this store! You could find some great deals and the pricing was consistent - as they advertised - no surprises! I could get past the messy/ unorganized layout and was happy to rummage! Over the past few months it has gone completely downhill. Unless it's pretty much junk that you're buying, they literally make the price up at the register now. The last couple of times I was there, I was served by a new female employee (not the regular friendly & helpful one). On both occasions she made up random prices on the spot, and the last time, when I said I didn't want the items, she began to barter with me and argue that I should buy the items because the prices are good! Imagine going to any other store and have the cashier make up random prices, then barter and try to argue with you! It was weird and uncomfortable. Definitely no longer a customer. Kind of disappointed. They have such a large space so this place can be awesome. This is not the first "bin" store I have been to. This one was very unorganized. Lot of empty boxes. I was afraid to put my hand in some bins since I had seen a few open items with blades. I don't like the fact that they pick out items and sell them on the side. If were going with the "bin" factor it takes away from that if you are pulling all the good items out and pricing them for sale separately. The pricing for these items were not all that discounted from your local Walmart. I would recommend more staff on floors to make bins neater and safer. removing empty boxes and cleaning up items that are damaged and not able to be sold.
