The first pair didn't work well for me, but he quickly identified the issue and had me come right back in to re-scan my feet. He had a new & different pair created for me that worked far better, and I really appreciated how proactive and committed he was to getting it right. Dr. Khadavi is warm, truly listens, and genuinely cares about his patients. I've since gone back to him for additional foot needs and continue to appreciate his responsiveness and attentiveness. His front office staff are also super nice and fun, which makes every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend!

I had to have 1/2 my big toe amputated and still had nerve pain after another procedure he did the same time. He is one of those slick con artist Docs that promise you the world and just want to get paid and then want more to fix what he did a "Hack job" per one of my other docs referred the fuse prep with the two joints, gaps and stripped screw or bone. When I had it amputated my doc said it looked like a pin, no threads on the screw. Then the screw started pushing its way thru the top of my soft tissue at the place where the screw went into and he denied that was the screw. I know what a hard piece of material feels like at the tip of my toe and exactly what it was, please don't mess with your toes especially with this guy!

You were the first and only surgeon to operate on my toes, so this was not a revision case. Second, while you noted that scars are "inevitable," my review did not claim otherwise -- only that I was left with visible scars, which is true regardless of their location. The incision was made on the bottom of my toe, and while not immediately visible to others, it is still a scar I live with. Additionally, I reached out multiple times through the Spruce app regarding my concerns, and the responses I received were dismissive -- essentially that there was "no need to worry" because delayed nail growth was normal due to trauma. Unfortunately, my toenail has never grown back normally since, leaving me with a daily reminder of an outcome worse than before surgery. At the end of the day, I am sharing my experience as the patient who underwent the procedure. The original issue I came in for was not corrected, I developed a permanently deformed toenail, and I now have scars. While I respect your years of experience, dismissing my review as lacking integrity because it does not reflect well on your practice feels unprofessional. My intent is not to injure your reputation but to honestly share my experience so that future patients can make fully informed decisions. __ I came here for surgery a few years back and left disappointed. I had run a marathon a few months back and my big toenail stopped growing. By just looking at it, he knew that it was a bone spur. Within weeks I had surgery, and I was back on my feet the next day. The process was smooth and seamless. Dr Joseph and his assistant, Joshua, went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of throughout the entire process. At my follow-up, Dr. Joseph noticed my ankle was wobbly and suggest if we take a closer look. The MRI revealed three torn ligaments, four stretched ligaments, a partially torn Achilles, two bursitises, and inflammation throughout the ankle. I knew my ankle had gone through some wear and tear after years of running cross country and track, but I had no idea it was so bad. Dr Joseph treated everything. I spent one week off my foot, the next in a boot, and was running again within six weeks. He insisted that I was very bruised. Still tried to tell me I had pain in my foot when I didn't and that if I didn't do it, I was gonna have a non-union or a union. I asked him for my alternatives which he reluctantly said to let it heal by itself and get you a bone stimulator and I wanted to go that route first as we park he says he's gonna put it in for my insurance and I asked for a note, I have to ask for the note to be corrected four times by the assistant who couldn't care less about my demands and was trying to fight me into. It's good enough or just come back in two weeks to get it renewed when I can't work for three months so quite ridiculous then the following week and a half. I had to call multiple times they kept rejecting me, not sending me my x-rays and not putting in the order for the bone simulator through my insurance. Only when my boyfriend picked up the phone they finally listened. I don't know if that's misogyny or what it is but I highly recommend to finding any other doctor that you can.
