Just an update... After doing nothing to resolve the situation and walking out of the exam room, the doctor had the nerve to send me a bill. Again, avoid this practice.!!!!

This "Wound" started the size of a 'Silver Dollar' yet they did nothing until my leg was close to being amputated..
Yosef R.

I was in a motorcycle accident. What you see in the picture started as a 3rd-degree burn on my ankle the size of a 'Silver Dollar.' I went to the Hospital ER 3 times before anyone took my injury seriously. It was not until a nurse saw my Wound that the doctors even bothered to do anything. My nurse called my doctors stated they need to take my Wound seriously! If the doctors do not take my injury seriously, I would indeed have my leg amputated. Foot & Ankle are a subsidiary of Cedars Sinai hospital, but the service and insolence of both institutions are not fit for animals. These are absolutely the worse doctors who have ever worked on me. No one paid attention even when my "rotting flesh" smelled like someone died. Instead, I had a nurse who wanted me to have a live-in nurse assistant as my Wound became worse. The only thing the doctors did was have me take more and more tests from X-ray, MRI, imaging, etc. Yes, there is more money made when you are subjected to more and more medical tests. Even when I was in the Cedars Sinai hospital and operated on by the 'Foot & Ankle' doctor, Cedar Sinai was calling me asking me to take more medical tests meant for pre-op after coming out of post-surgery. Making me thoroughly disgusted! The nurse at the Foot & Ankle was also very rude. Rather than respect those who are injured, we are called, "Smith, over here. Jones go there" more like giving military orders than being treated as patients with compassion. The doctors are equally disgusting when they say they will give instructions to nurses -but completely ignore you and the nurse coming to your home to treat you. The doctor will tell me "Hey you, tell Cedars to fax me the results, never following up on instructions to the nurse coming to the house." As a military veteran, I have had worse injuries but never have I been treated as bad as than at the Foot & Ankle doctors. Even veterinarians treat dogs and cats with more respect. I called my high profile attorney with the intent to sue a group of doctors at Cedars Sinai including the Foot & Ankle doctors(part of Cedars Sinai). My attorney said unless the doctors amputate my leg due to this Wound that I would get $6-8 million dollars due to negligence and malpractice. At present time, it is 7 months and I am still not healed due to severe negligence and malpractice of not taking my injury seriously from the beginning. If you can avoid going to the Food & Ankle doctors or any doctors at Cedars Sinai group -avoid them like the plague! I had to tolerate the verbal abuse, medical neglect, and disrespect from the Foot & Ankle and Cedars Sinai personnel in the office and the hospital. Whatever good reputation Cedars Sinai(including Foot & Ankle) is a memory of the past at a time when doctors, nurses, and medical personnel cared for patients. I am not healed yet and my attorney is still watching closely as he is disgusted with the way I was treated by Foot & Ankle and Cedars Sinai. If my leg has to be amputated, I will post a picture of my amputation to this Yelp page.

I had an incredibly painful shoulder and the staff worked to fit me in to Dr Milstein's busy schedule ASAP ! The Commons office is a very comfortable and inviting space--no hideous straight back chairs lined up in a windowless lobby ! A spacious area with various seating areas and a pleasant front desk staff. Dr Milstein himself is friendly, professional and direct. I have much confidence in his medical assessment and protocol for my very painful shoulder. After years with Kerlan Jobe (now Cedars) the circuitous phone messages to reach a human, the exorbitant wait times to actually see a Dr, the rushed brief visit once an appointment is secured with a doctor, Dr Milstein and his practice are a breath of fresh air !!! Also, very easy parking 100 out of 100 overall score ! P.S. I was even more impressed when the patient prior to me was a world renowned Doctor.

It seems that his scheduler (not a physician) provides him with information that he relies on without verification. In one case, his assistant (Marianne) told me that my MRI only showed arthritis when, in fact, it showed significant injuries from a recent fall. When I attempted to discuss it further her comment was, "I'm not going to argue with you." Both physicians that I saw for second opinions did not think that replacements were indicated at this time. I'm so glad that I did not move forward with this practice.

I can't recommend Michael at Fabrizio Physical Therapy enough…read more I came in after dealing with a torn rotator cuff and honestly felt like I had tried just about everything -- different exercises, Rolfing, ShoulderReliever.com, and anything else I could find -- with little to no lasting improvement. I was close to giving up and accepting that my shoulder might never feel normal again. Then I started working with Michael. From the beginning, he had an excellent bedside manner, really listened, and approached the process with a "never quit" attitude. He was patient, thoughtful, and consistent, and he adjusted the work as I progressed instead of just giving me a generic routine. That made a huge difference. What stood out most was that Michael genuinely cared about getting me back to normal. He pushed when I needed it, explained what we were doing, and helped me stay committed even when progress felt slow. I don't think I would have recovered the way I did without him. I'll honestly miss working with him. Great therapist, great person, and a great experience overall. I highly recommend Michael and Fabrizio Physical Therapy to anyone dealing with a shoulder injury or looking for a physical therapist who truly pays attention and sticks with you.

I tore a ligament in my left shoulder and, after looking at my MRI, the doctor said I had to have surgery to regain full mobility in it. I felt severe pain every time I tried to raise it over my head and I could not lift much with it. After a few months of this I found my way to David Fabrizio's office. After just the first visit where he maneuvered my arm in many mysterious ways and massaged deep into the shoulder tissue, I felt such tremendous relief. Two more visits and my arm felt pretty much brand new! I could not believe it. David is a miracle worker and I got my arm back without surgery. I will be forever grateful to him for that. He also happens to be a great guy with the warmest energy and sense of humor.

I have waited quite some time to write this review. I have been visiting Dr. Ash for several weeks…read morenow twice a week and just recently started physical therapy there as well. I'm someone who's hypermobile and I have a lot of various issues with my body, including an old shoulder injury that I had surgery on. All of that had compounded into my dislocating a rib, which is how I found myself at the office. I have been through over a dozen clinics and therapists and chiropractors in my life and can genuinely say that this has been one of the best experiences and it's genuinely giving me hope that I will be able to not have to constantly live in discomfort. Dr. Ash listens intently to everything that you have to say and he's not afraid to allow your input to guide what he does. You spend a significant amount of time in his office for appointments doing a variety of things to help address whatever your issue is. For me it's an array of manual adjustment, stretching, and compression therapy. I'd after my first session with Dr. ashes relatively new physical therapist , I am excited to continue going. He spends significant one on one time with you and really make sure that you're actually understanding and gaining the benefits of the exercises - not just putting you through the motions. I can't count the number of times I found a great physical therapist, but then was passed off to doing the actual exercises with an intern. That's not the case here. 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back and genuinely can't believe I found somewhere that might actually be able to help genuinely fix my body. Only other call out is make sure you read the parking signs because there's only street parking available and I wouldn't recommend parking in the one hour meter slots unless you're sure that your appointment will be less than that time. If you're willing to go 3 to 4 blocks away from the office, you'll find easy 2 hour free parking and honestly, you should walk around after your appointment anyways to help everything settle in.

I have a "book" of other appointments if I want to go back but honestly... why? This is a rippoff of the highest degree. If I'd known that he was just a meme'r or youtuber, I would not have wasted the time.. The machines did nothing. Just placebo bs. Too bad.

If you are reading this review it's because you or a love one is being referred here and you want…read moreto know as much as possible on where you are going. I understand because I did the same thing. Early September my Dad suffered a stroke and the doctors at Cedar Sinai said my Dad was a candidate to come here. So naturally I looked CRI up. Lots of mixed reviews so I can only tell you about our experience. Out of the 18 days my Dad was there, I was with him for 16 of those day & nights. So here it goes for my Dads stay on the 6th Flor - Nurses are amazing. Hilda, Ellin, Nellie and they went above and beyond every single time they were with my Dad. They were very kind. - Melissa from Food Services was kind, attentive and always making sure my Dad knew what food options he had. She's amazing! - Sonia with House Keeping, always making sure we had everything we needed. Including me. - Therapist: Jackie (PT), Laurent (OT) and Hailey (ST) did everything they can to help my Dad get better. They were patient & kind. NOW THESE PEOPLE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND FOR MY DAD. Physical Therapist: Lindsay & Josh. You both stood out above the rest. Josh was in training and he did great! Lindsay you are INCREDIBLE! Thank you for encouraging and pushing my Dad! You really made him work while also training Josh. He's going to be amazing because of you! I appreciate you both so much for pouring into my dad. Having you for therapy would always bring a big smile to his face. Nurse Assistant: JEREMY! This man needs a RAISE! Out of everybody there he spent the most time with my dad. He gained my dad's trust and my dad loved him. He was always kind, funny, attentive. He always made sure my dad was comfortable and was patient with him and took his time with whatever he needed. He was also very respectful not only to me but to my dad. Treated him like a really good human. I will be eternally grateful I will never forget him. If you have made it this far, one of the biggest suggestions I can give to you is make sure you are there to advocate for your loved one. If you notice I have not named any of the doctors because I had a terrible experience with the first assigned doctor. Terrible bed side manner and in and out like a toaster oven. I had to remove him from my Dads. I did get to speak with the medical director CHRISTOPHER BADOUKIAN however it seamed more like a "save face" room call so I wouldn't file a grievance against Dr. Shin for minimizing, my dad's symptoms and delaying care. Regardless I still give this place five stars because of the wonderful THERAPIST & SUPPORT STAFF they have here. They truly wanted me Dad to get better. ADVICE. ADVOCATE for yourself and your loved one. DON'T LET THE DOCTORS RUSH YOU & SPEAK UP. If you or your loved one put in the work, YOU WILL SEE PROGRESS. Still 5 Stars.

I am in the medical field and I have learned a lot from the nurses from wound care to drawing blood. The nurses were very supportive and gladly shared their knowledge to me. I cannot recommend Dr. Marc and Dr. Joe at the Stem Cell Institute highly enough…read more After suffering an MCL injury, I was weighing several options, including surgery and wearing a CTI brace. Rather than rushing me toward an invasive procedure, they took the time to truly listen to my goals. As someone who wanted to get back to an active lifestyle and back on the ocean as safely as possible, they carefully explained every detail of my ultrasound scans, the specific damage to my knee, and all of the available treatment options. I never felt pressured. I felt educated. Together we decided on regenerative treatment, giving my body the opportunity to heal itself. Six weeks later, I'm back on the ocean riding my board--something I wasn't sure would be possible so quickly. What impressed me most was their honesty. At my follow-up, they told me I was healing so well that I didn't even need another treatment. That level of integrity is rare. It showed me that their priority is the patient's outcome, not selling additional procedures. I appreciate the time they spent with me, the patience they showed answering my questions, and the genuine care they demonstrated throughout the entire process. They were recommended to me by a friend who had an outstanding experience, and I'm grateful for that referral. Now I'm happy to pay it forward. If you're facing orthopedic surgery or considering your options for a ligament or joint injury, I strongly encourage you to consult with Dr. Marc and Dr. Joe before making a final decision. It may not be the right solution for everyone, but in my case it helped me avoid surgery, get back to doing what I love, and let my body heal naturally. I couldn't be more thankful.
