Staff was accommodating and patient. I have been using Storage Choice for a couple of months and everything is good. There is an onsite manager round the clock and a lock is provided to you to use on your unit. You can add a second lock on your own. When I arrived he understood that I was pressed for time we expedited the process pretty quickly. Took a quick look at the unit. Installed my lock. They uploaded my renters insurance quickly. I think the only problem I had was with the app. I had previously utilized public storage at another unit a year ago and the system would not allow me to use the previous account information and I had to create a new account completely. I give five stars to the attendants at the location. And two stars for the IT people that created an app that cannot be adjusted to fit someone with previous history.

Had I known this was considered a "troubled property" I never would have stored here. That's why…read morethe hours are 9:30-6 due to it being problematic. there is usually never anyone in the office and today. I finally get a hold of someone and he was extremely unprofessional. I got to my unit to find RAT (not mouse) droppings all over my belonging and a heavy smell of urine. The property manager suggested cleaning my unit with bleach. This will be the last month I store there. I am already looking for a new property if you have an option go somewhere else.
