Took over 5 months to get 2 prints because of a crazy backlog (March to August). Then when we did get one of the prints (the 2nd is still "processing"), it was damaged. They are replacing it but how long will that take?! I had used them many, many times before this instance (2014-2015) and loved all our prints. Wrote the NC attorney general as some of the reviews here suggested...received a tracking number and shipping update the day after the attorney general went after them. Received my order a week after that. Then emailed them on day 40 as my order status had not changed, and got another email from Brittany. Brittany replied: Hello, We do apologize for the unexpected change with our time frame. Well, I placed an order February 17th, 2016. I still have NOT received my order!!! When I check on the "status" of it, it is still in the processing stage. :( I really accidentally ordered from them (because I had a coupon for discounted canvas prints). I thought I was ordering from a company I had previously used (MPix, which is awesome by the way!). I have emailed numerous times, only to be told sorry for your delay, we have changed our procedure to create these custom products (canvas prints). As well as saying they've had an increased volume of orders due to promotions offered. I just find it downright ridiculous that it has taken this long. I probably won't even get them by June 17th, which would be a quarter of a year gone by since ordering!!!! I most definitely do NOT recommend doing business through this company. I have ordered from them twice. Last year with a Groupon and this year with vouchers I purchased while on sale. I ordered 1 canvas last year and 3 this year and all 4 have been breathtaking. Granted I have not had to deal with their customer service so I can't comment on that but I have been more than pleased with my orders. I got some groupons and ordered from them in March. It is now December. I keep emailing them and they keep telling me they have a big backlog. I asked for a refund and they told me they can't give refunds for Groupon orders. They charged me for the shipping back in March. They should not have actually charged until they shipped! I told them it's ridiculous that I can make a baby in the time I've been waiting. They tried to give me a discount code, but I am never ever ordering from them again. I had used this company for ordering multiple canvases the past few years and always loved them. They now offer so many "deals" but are unable to follow through with actually giving you your product. I ordered a canvas September 8, 2016 and it is now January 9, 2017 and my canvas is still "in production". I have emailed the company multiple times and receive the same auto response every time saying their production is backed up because they don't have the materials to make them, yet they still advertise crazy deals every single day. Heard they reopened under new management. Tried it out and things are great. They delivered within a week and give or take a few days. Quality is great. Actually have access to tracking as well! Here's the thing, if you need this by a specific time, or a sooner rather than later, you should look somewhere else. I've ordered from them several times, each time without a huge wait, but the last time I place an order, it took a good 6 months. However, the quality is superb and this large canvas print (24 x 36 inches) looks amazing in our bedroom. I didn't need it fast, and it wasn't a gift, so the wait wasn't a huge issue for me. Communication isn't a priority with them either. The only time I ever got any updates on the progress was when I called for one. Like I said, I've ordered from them several times before so I knew it would eventually come and I wasn't getting scammed, plus the quality is great and you can't beat the price. My guess is that the huge discounts they offer put them severely behind and they were unable to handle the high volume of orders. PROS: Great quality, great price. CONS: Long wait. read more

While I like the quality of their product, service has gone downhill. I started using them when I purchased a Groupon as I heard they were local and you could pick up the items in person. The first time I purchased, I did just that. It was great and super convenient, and bonus, I didn't have to pay the shipping fees. Second time I ordered, I believe it was directly from their site as they are constantly running deals. I had to inquire after my order after a couple of weeks as I hadn't heard anything about process time or when it would be completed. Low and behold, it was done. They didn't reach out to me to let me know it was complete until I asked where my order was. I was once again, able to pick it up in person. This last time (and I mean last also as in I probably will not be ordering from them again), I had a deal from their website. When I went to checkout I was told they no longer allow in-store pickup. So I had to pay a ridiculous shipping charge to get a local product. I asked around and was told it's apparently their new policy. Well, I ordered this back in November, hoping to have it for the holidays. A couple of weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. Then I heard that they were offering a special that if you ordered by x date, you would have it by Christmas. Ok, this was all weeks after I placed my order which I had heard nothing about. When I would go to their website to check the status, it said it was 'processing'. Once again, it took me reaching out asking what the heck was going on to find out that it was now suddenly moving through the development process (it was stuck in 'processing' for days, but after I sent my request it finally changed status to whatever was next). I never received an apology or explanation, just, finally, a shipping notice. I was a little peeved because the estimated delivery date was now after the holidays. It wasn't a huge deal because luckily I didn't have a major time crunch, but it shouldn't take over a month for my order to go through, especially if they are offering guaranteed Christmas delivery WEEKS after I ordered. Anyways, long story short, it came Christmas Eve, one day earlier than it was expected to be delivered. I was disappointed that customer service never reached out to apologize. I did get a form letter with a coupon code for another print, but at this point, I don't think I will use them again. I've received a lot of recommendations for other canvas printers at this point, and the only reason I used this one was because it was local and seemed to be a good deal. Customer service is horrible you cannot reach anybody by phone, only by email or live chat and it seems like an automated service. It took me five months to receive my two canvases. I emailed them four times regarding my order and received no help. I finally contacted the attorney General's office and filed a complaint. After that, I received a shipping notification after four days of my filed complaint. If anyone is missing a canvas, I would suggest that. Absolutely horrible experience and probably the worst company I have ever ordered from! The reason they told me it took so long was because there ordered were backed up from the holidays. It's June!!!! To top all of that off, they still continue to advertise at huge discounts and sales. If they were so busy, wouldn't you think they would stop advertising 80-90% off?! I have ordered from this company twice this year and probably won't again. Before I go into details, the quality of the product (canvases) is very high. Printed crisp and clear with good colors. High quality materials. Round 1: Ordered 3 canvases online. They were running a deal where canvases were only $10 each, plus shipping. Ordered on 1/8/16. Shipped on 2/3/16 and received on 2/5/16. I emailed them a few times, with scripted responses. I misread the production time and was counting weekends as well, so my emails were a bit misguided and honestly, a bit harsher than they deserved. After a few emails I was assured the following, "We do apologize for the delay in shipping your order. I have requested a production manager checks on your order to review the delay and ensure this ships within the next couple of days. We are experiencing a large volume of orders, due to recent promotions. Our canvases are handmade right here in the U.S. and we pride ourselves on putting quality before speed. Sometimes, that results in longer production times." I realized my error and decided to wait patiently. It arrived by the end of the week, and the quality was great. I decided to give them another shot since I had more canvases to order. Round 2: Ordered 7 canvases (might as well get all gifts done at once). Used the same deal, $10 each plus shipping. Ordered on 2/9/16. Shipped on 3/24/16 and received on 3/28/16. Some of the canvases were intended to be given at a function on 3/5. Silly me, expecting them to be done by then... I don't have a record of it, but the day after the 15 day production time was up I chatted with a CS rep. Their responses were so generic I wasn't certain that I was talking to a human. Basically was told to be patient and my orders were in the stretching phase. Which was a bit obvious since I can check that myself - for those of you that don't know, they have a VERY basic tracking system that shows the 4 stages that your order goes through. Processing, printed, stretching, and shipped. You can check this at any time, but their CS reps seem to think that is more than enough information for customers. On March 9th, one month (or 21 business days) after I placed my order, I contacted customer service asking for an accurate time frame on the order. Response: "Thank you for your email. We cannot apologize enough that your order has not shipped yet. We have had some issues with materials not being delivered on time which have severely affected our production time. Our production team is working 24/7 and we're hoping to deliver all these delayed orders by the end of next week, but hopefully sooner. We sincerely apologize for the wait and we hope you love your canvas once you receive it." I was impressed by this response and decided to wait a bit longer. Response was on 3/10/16. On March 18th, I wrote to both their email and their facebook page "I ordered canvases on February 9th and still haven't received them. This is getting a bit ridiculous. I sent an email last week and the response was that they would be done this week. The tracking says they're still in the stretching phase and they have been there for weeks. What happened? I don't mean to be rude. Just getting frustrated. When you quote people 10-15 day production time and it turns into 29 days it is very annoying. Any estimate on when they'll ACTUALLY be shipped? " This was on a Friday, so I didn't expect a rapid response. On Monday, March 21st, I got this response. "Thank you for contacting us about your order. We sincerely apologize for the delays. We have recently changed our procedure to create these custom products, which has caused some delays. Our recent promotions have increased our volume of orders we are processing as well. All of this has put some orders behind. We are currently working to get caught back up from all of this. I have added your order to a rush list, to be checked on by a production manager, and ensure this is shipped as soon as possible. As a thank you gesture for your patience and understanding, we have upgraded your shipping so that your order will be delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. We will also be including a complimentary 8x10 voucher with your order when it is shipped. We apologize for the unexpected delay. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow. Please let us know if we may assist you further." Please note that when the order arrived there was no voucher and no hangers included, so I had to go buy my own. Sawtooth hangers are SUPPOSED to be included. I don't really care about the voucher, except it was one more promise that was not fulfilled. Conclusion: This seems to be the case where harassing them is the answer. I hate to say it, but it proved to be true for me. I would NEVER order through them again without an amazing discount. Definitely not on a time crunch. They don't have any way to contact them except via email and/or live chat. I know someone is trying to fool you when I hear. I did get an email saying the orders are complete in process of shipping and they would send me an email if they have tracking. I completely understood that they were over inundated with Christmas orders and that I wouldn't receive my order by Christmas but January 15th rolled by and still no package delivered. I emailed them asking for a status update since the fedex tracking still said "in transit". No phone call from them. Just an email saying that I need to call fedex to arrange picking up my package at a holding facility. The fedex facility is 3 hours away. I called fedex to find out why they won't deliver. Turns out MyPix sent it as a hazmat package and fedex cannot deliver hazmat packages. What??? Hazmat??? I emailed MyPix demanding resolution or a refund but no response. I had to file a dispute with my card issuing bank. read more

Well, I ordered 4 prints of different sizes and have no idea which photos were for which size so now I have to remake order from scratch. This company is capable of doing a very good job in a reasonable amount of time. But that's no longer the case and I recommend you look elsewhere for photo prints. I've placed several hundred dollars worth of orders with them, and have been waiting since March (6 months) for them to ship, with no indication that it will happen anytime soon. And it's my own fault, but I fell for their Groupon act again and placed one order in May and another in July. If all goes well I may see them delivered sometime 2017 (fingers crossed on that). I get the same stock email reply to the effect 'we're so busy we've experienced some delays.' We're processing your order and will ship it as soon as we're (dam* good and) able.
