I've now used this company twice and I will never use them again. The first time one of my prints arrived two weeks ahead of the second, and their customer service department couldn't even tell me why they had printed them and shipped them separately. This time, knowing they had issues in the past, I placed the order for some Christmas presents on December 1st. Plenty of time to complete 3 small canvas prints and get them, right? Wrong. By December 18th (according to their website) they hadn't even STARTED my order. When I contacted customer service I was told they were still guaranteed by December 24th. I pointed out that their website guaranteed orders made up until December 11th by Christmas Eve so how exactly were they going to do that when my order from the 1st had not even been started. They just told me that the order they print things doesn't matter, it would be their by Christmas Eve. It is now December 28th and my order has still NOT arrived. Not only was I unable to give them as gifts when my family gathered together, but now on top of it I'm going to have to pay to ship them myself. I contacted their customer service department on Christmas to point out that I had not received my prints within the time frame they guaranteed, and I received an email back 12/27/15 stating that they "can't guarantee delivery". Ridiculous! They had "guaranteed" it over and over! If they can't print 3 small, 8x10 canvas and get it to me in less than a month, how they hell can anyone expect even the bare minimum of service? Everything on their site is a lie, and I highly recommend you do business with anyone else. I really wished I would've read these reviews before purchasing the Groupon. They have zero customer service. Like everyone has said, they have weak, robotic excuses for where your product is. If their production time has been increased they need to change their information on Groupon. But greed makes people douches and thats what I think of this company. Ordered this with over a months time frame before an anniversary and of course it didn't come, no email saying "sorry for the delay", nothing. MyPix2.com, the online "photobook service" is a scam, having received hundreds of complaints from unwary customers who, after placing orders online, waited months without delivery. My wife was actually given a voucher as a gift almost a year ago and used the voucher a few months later to order a print, paying the additional shipping cost on her credit card. After months of being told "the order would be processed soon" she requested that her order be canceled and that the charges to her credit card for the shipping be reversed. To date, MyPix2 has refused, claiming that my wife can have a "store credit" but not a refund .... OF SHIPPING COSTS CHARGED BUT WITHOUT ANYTHING EVER BEING SHIPPED? This company is a SHAM and its owner is a fraud. In spite of local news coverage and multiple complaints, they somehow continue in business and their customers continue to be inundated with spam emails offering special "vouchers" to use as gifts. Same as everyone else is saying. I ordered three canvas prints 6/21/2016. I have checked with them MANY times trying to get my order. A month ago, when I had waited 3 months, I said forget it, cancel my order. Oh...sorry, they can't cancel an order once it has gone to production (apparently the MOMENT they received it in June). My 10/11 response to their email went completely unanswered. On their chat last week, I was told one of my 3 prints was finally done, shipped, and would be delivered Friday 10/28/2016. It didn't come. The website says it was shipped and that I would receive an email within 36 hours with the tracking information. Well, 36 hours from when I was told it was shipped is WAY past. On their chat just now, the rep went back to saying all 3 of my orders are in line to print. When I told her the rep last week said one of them was shipped, and that their website says that one was shipped but I got not email, she said, "I unfortunately do not have date that this order will ship. We hope to have delayed orders shipped within the month. You will be sent tracking information when it does ship." WTF!? And I didn't even use a groupon. I ordered from myPix2, because I had ordered 4 other large ones a few years ago (2010?), they came in a reasonable length of time, and they are very nice. Would be a negative 5 if possible. I purchased a groupon in July... I'm writing this in October. I ordered a print for a family member as a birthday gift thinking it would arrive a week or so, maybe 2 or 3. After not receiving any information 2 weeks after the purchase, I reached out to MyPix2, they informed me it would take 60 days to process and ship. 60 days later, still nothing. I contacted them again, no sir 60 "business" days... 60 business days later... still not a darn thing. I contacted them a third time and the order has still not been processed. I don't know if this is just because it was purchased through groupon, but there should never be a discrimination of customers based on how something was purchased. I am a customer just like everyone else. Another thing that bothered me is that I am the one who reached out to them, I didn't receive a single email notifying me of the massive delay in processing. *UPDATE*- the day after I wrote this review, I reached out to the NC attorney general and explained my situation. They responded quickly, informing me that they contacted the business to inquire about what they plan to do to resolve the issue. Sure enough, within a week my order was processed and shipped via 2 day shipping. The pictures are good quality, but not worth the three months it took to receive them. I am pleased with the actual product but with so many other options available, I will not order from this company again and I will encourage others to do the same. Similar to several of the other reviews I've read, I wish I could give zero stars. I saw a Groupon in May for $5 for an 8x10 1.5" wrapped canvas, so I bought a couple. Upon trying to use my vouchers I discovered that entering the voucher code was only taking $5 off the total for all the canvases. I reached out to the business and after several days I received a response that they had adjusted my voucher. They only adjusted one, so when I replied and asked them to adjust all of the vouchers, they finally returned my email the night before my Groupon expired and let me know that I could use the voucher for an 8x10 .75" canvas. I wasn't too concerned with the width of the canvas, but when I asked why they changed it, they said they don't offer the 1.5" canvas as part of the Groupon (although it is in the fine print that they do.) Fast forward about a month later, when their website says the product takes about 8-10 days to ship, I haven't received my product and my order still says "processing". I emailed to ask why it was taking so long and when my order would be filled, to which I was told that they are behind due to the high volume of orders they are receiving, and mine should be filled in a couple weeks. Another month later, I reach out to the business again via live chat, to ask the status of my order, as it still says processing. The representative told me the same thing as before, and had no idea when my order was going to be filled. I asked her if she could look at the most recently shipped orders and let me know when those were placed, so I could look at how long it took to fill those orders, and gauge how long until I should be expecting mine, and she told me she doesn't have that information. I contacted Groupon to let them know that this company which they choose to do business with is not only extremely poor at customer service, but do not have any idea when their products are going to be received, and that a disclaimer should be put on the Groupon (which is still available for purchase) that it will take 3+ months before even receiving the product, and it would benefit them to let their customers know, as there are so many other options available for canvas printing, and if this company cannot keep up with the high volume of orders they are receiving, then maybe they should stop offering their product until they can catch up and fill the orders they already have. It is now mid August, my order is still in the processing stage, and I have no idea when I will be receiving it. read more

This is the first time I am writing a negative review in hopes I can save other people the agony. I also want to apologize to the reviews below me because they are complaining about their longer wait times of three months while I am currently waiting on 6 months going on 7. So you guys have quite some ore time to go. So I ordered these on groupon because it was a great deal, and people have had great prints with them in the past. I placed two orders and got an email saying that everything went through and it would take up to 21 days. After the 21 days my order was still "processing" so I decided to talk with the live chatter on their website. They said due to their promotions they are experiencing a more than usual amount of orders and it could be up to 6 weeks....fine. 6 weeks out my order is still processing, chatted with them again online (because they have no customer service department to call, its just leave a message and hope they get back to you). They said they had supply issues so they are experiencing delays but once it is done it will ship. Both my orders are ready to print. Fast forward now 3 months after my order. Same thing, I complained saying it's ridiculous. They couldn't give me any sense of how much longer it will be. After arguing for a while and demanding they do something the lady said she could upgrade and expedite my shipping. I took it, not like it would matter because it's been so long. 6 months out...I check in again because I got an email from them with holiday promotions to order stuff through them. I this time called and left a message and told them I want somebody to call me in person. I said how it's a slap in the face to receive an email for them doing holiday deals when I haven't received my own photos in over 6 months now. DO NOT order from these people. It's a pain in the butt and you will not receive your photos in time for whatever the occasion. Originally they were going to my fiancé just because. BEWARE! Do not do business with this company! I would give them zero stars if it were possible. I ordered canvases with a voucher my mom gave me for a gift on May 8th. It is now July 9th and I STILL do not have my canvases. I have reached out to this joke of a company NUMEROUS times and every time I have received the same canned response, that they can't give you an estimate on when it will ship. Their website states 10-15 days, well it's way past that. They claim they have too many orders to even check on when mine will be fulfilled, yet they continue to run promos on something they can in no way fulfill in a timely manner. I am having the same problem as every other review posted here. I ordered two groupons for this site on January 12 and then placed my order on January 18. I received an e-mail confirmatoin stating that my orders were in production. It is now February 5th and I have still not received my canvas prints. Their website says the usual production time is approximately 4 days. I have e-mailed multiple times and received no response as well as called 877-978-1227 (I found this number by googling the company as there is NO phone number posted anywhere on their website). When I call an automated message answers stating that all service representatives are busy and to reach out via e-mail, the call then cuts out. I have reached the understanding that I will likely not receive my prints. I have also contacted groupon regarding the matter. However, I noticed that a post from January 3 mentioned a groupon buyer who stated she had reached out to groupon and that they were taking care of the matter. I puchased my groupon after the inital complaint so I was pretty upset that groupon was still offering this voucher after multiple complaints. I looked again today and groupon is STILL offering this voucher. Hopefully they will take this down soon. In 2015 I had a voucher and ordered a canvas print from MyPix2.com. It arrived in a few weeks and was GORGEOUS quality. Very impressed! On March 08,2016 I ordered 5 canvas prints for $198.22. This company had no intention in producing my canvas prints. After 5 or 6 times writing back and forth to their customer service, I wrote my last e-mail Sept. 02,2016 stating I wanted a refund. That same day I decided enough was enough and filed a claim with North Carolina's Better Business Bureau. On September 07,2016 the money was back into my account. 6 months and one day later! I must agree with the other reviews. The first time I used them was a year ago. My order was delivered in a timely manor. The quality was good, in my opinion. The last time I placed an order (this is the last time) was on Feb. 6. I have yet to receive my order. When placed, the shipping time on their website was 7-10 business days. I sent them emails on 2/26 & 3/23 to inquire about my order...I even asked to have a supervisor to call me. I received these replies: 2/26/16: Thank you for contacting us about your order. One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. First, there is no way to contact this company to get the status of your order other than email. They do not have a phone number and are never available for live chat. Their website does not provide tracking information or anything else about your order for that matter. Wish I could give "0" STARS I paid for (2) 20"x30" canvas pieces on 02/11/15. Their ad says normal production is around a week. By 03/11/15 still had not received the canvases and their response was "sorry, we had 4 major snow storms"! Yeah! One inch of snow shuts them down??? Next excuse is their 20"x30" roller broke down...WHAT? One roller for a national company??? Then I am in the 2 day shipping zone...they finally send the canvases on 03/12/15 FedEx and say delivery will be 03/19/15...ONE WEEK??? I mean, it's your $$$. Do what you want. I thought I posted this earlier, but I'm unsure, because for some reason, I'm no longer able to read "Visitor posts"..... I am extremely disappointed with my Groupon voucher from MyPix2 for a canvas print. I placed my order on April 15th with them. Per their website, it says they will be completed in 10-15 business days. When I check my order status, it still says it's being processed. When I contacted them previously, they said current production time is 30-45 days, which has definitely passed. I asked recently for an update and they told me they can't give me an estimated time for when it will be completed. If they really are this far behind, they should not still be having as many sales as they advertise. They also need to update their website if this is the case. I honestly think this company is a scam and that Groupon or other sites should not be supporting/advertising them. *also, I posted this to their page (as did MANY others) and now they've hidden all "visitor posts". #shady #mypix2 #bbb read more

I used them when they were called MyPix2Canvas before the name change and new products. They WERE great. But as they grew and continued to offer vouchers for insane deals it went from 10 -14 day turnaround to months and months and no apologies, no making good. Last straw was ordering a bunch for x-mas weeks before their "guaranteed delivery for x-mas deadline." I checked in on order twice and was reassured, but on the night before x-mas eve I got an email they would not ship until after the holiday and a useless 8x10 canvas as a consolation. Needless to say I got my orders after family went their separate ways and had to find ways to get individual gifts to people. With a little notice I could have had them ship it to several different locations rather than getting 4 canvases and having to hold them and then DRIVE them to family. read more

Worst experience on-line EVER. They are thieves, just getting people to buy vouchers, and never sending the items. Same response to me as to others. They only offer store credit which is meaningless if they never print what you order. They should be shut down, since all they are doing is taking peoples money. The funny thing is they say they are backed up because of recent promotions, but all I get every week is a new email promotion from them. They must be making millions because they're overhead is nothing, since all they sell are vouchers that get you zero. UPDATE: Finally got my canvas in November 2016. I still would give them a 0 rating if possible as I ordered the canvas in April. read more
