So happy we found Edri Construction to do a few major exterior repairs on our house. I'd met with…read moretwo other companies prior to contacting Edri--one declined the job, and another ghosted me. I left either a voicemail or a message on Edri's website (can't remember) and they called me back the same day and our Project Manager, Isaac, came out soon thereafter to check things out and start the estimate process. Isaac gave me the estimate exactly when he said they would, and at this point I had a feeling we would be in good hands because the communication and follow-up were all on point. Our house needed new fascia and soffits and a new balcony cap, and after seeing a few houses with natural wood soffits, I wanted to change the plan from matching the existing painted soffits. This was no problem for Edri and they helped select a beautiful cedar wood and brought the vision to life. The work went pretty much as planned with some minor delays for expected things--weather, etc. No nightmares where the work gets behind and you have no idea when it will be done. Communication was so great and everyone who worked on our house was professional and friendly. They even arranged to take their lunch breaks when our kid had her nap. Isaac would come out at the end of major milestones to inspect the work with me and make sure I was happy. Minor issues I found were addressed with no hassle. We were so happy working with Isaac and the crew that we asked them if they could add on several additional projects, which they happily did. The quality of the work is very good, and we have gotten compliments from many neighbors. I could not be happier with how it turned out myself. Thank you, Isaac and crew!

I would consider this a challenging project as we had limited space to work with and wanted to build in more counter/cabinet space while also adding in a dishwasher and replacing other appliances. This required new electrical and plumbing. The team was unfazed by the scope and was ready to start following week. From the outset, the process was highly organized making decisions simple and hands-off as possible for us. They immediately sought out all required permits while keeping us informed on the important details only and handling all the permitting minutia themselves. David and his team completed every aspect of the job with pride and precision. The team were true masters in their trades and completed all parts of the job from plumbing electrical drywall appliance installation tiling - everything from start to finish. They were also friendly and took extreme care to protect all common areas. The kitchen came out great with any instance where we had a follow up adjustment, they always took the time to fix it until we were happy. Communication was outstanding. On top of everything else, each interaction with this company was an absolute pleasure. Everyone who worked on our kitchen obviously took tremendous pride in their work from demolition to completion. We Would highly recommend Edri Constucion for a top-notch kitchen remodel.

They replaced the electrical and plumbing, added insulation in the walls, and remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, including some floor plan changes to make the spaces larger. Throughout the process Yosef kept saying they wouldn't leave until I was happy, and they stayed true to their word. You don't hear many, if any, businesses say something like that anymore, much less mean it. When we hit speed bumps, as all remodel projects do, the team was great at adjusting and finding solutions. A complete gut remodel interior & exterior started in November 2024. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the project were exceptional--especially their tile & slab work, which really stood out. The finished spaces reflect the level of precision and care expected from a top-tier contractor. Like most large, complex renovations, this project came with its share of challenges and unforeseen structural discoveries. Kasas worked collaboratively to problem-solve and adapt as the project evolved, often stepping in to help fill the gap where our original architect was no longer involved. Their team maintained professionalism and a strong commitment to achieving a beautiful end result. As a client with a high attention to detail and a strong opinion in design, I appreciated how the team welcomed my input and worked with their subcontractors to realize the vision. They coordinated well with local inspectors to meet all regulations while still honoring the aesthetic direction I provided. While the overall timeline extended beyond the initial plan, the outcome demonstrates quality workmanship. Budget adjustments were consistent with what's typical for projects of this scale and complexity. In the end, Kasas Builders delivered a stunning, high-quality renovation. I often get compliments from visitors & requests about materials that I selected for the project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor capable of executing high-end work with integrity and craftsmanship.

Yosi excels in customer satisfaction, he always made sure I was happy with the results and he was always willing to help and solve problems when I was not satisfied. They recommended great suppliers which gave me good prices, and made it easy for me to buy materials and pick them up for me. The project took a bit longer than expected: 5 months, instead of 4 that was projected. Some of this was in part for material not arriving on time, but there were also some things that could have been sped up from his side too. The work was done quickly, and we thought to our satisfaction. Communication between myself and the team doing the work (via the project manager) wasn't seamless, so there were a few issues there. Some of that was on me, though - I requested a couple of changes that weren't on the original scope of work and Joseph agreed to them, which was lovely, and that information was a bit unclear due to the last-minute changes. That said, while I was initially understanding of the errors they made (there were several) because the company was responsive and made corrections, this past week I discovered an error that was significant (and it's far too late to really be willing to accept a correction - I don't want my yard torn up again at this point). Part of my yard design was "planting areas" where I would install my own plants, as this company does not do that. They were laid out using bender board, and were supposed to contain soil (so that plants could be installed). These were covered with bark, like the rest of the yard, but with drip irrigation for the eventual plants. When I saw the bark going in, I asked the crew about the soil/planting area, and was told, "Yeah, it's okay, we're doing it." (There was a language barrier between myself and the crew doing the work.) This past weekend, I went to install plants I had purchased (as the weather has finally cooled), and discovered that the "planting areas" were no different under the bark than the rest of the yard - there was no soil, just the bark and the weed barrier. To be able to plant anything, I needed to cut through and remove some of the weed barrier, then install soil myself. This error is not small - it's completely different from what was contracted and agreed upon. The project manager should have checked that things were done as specified, and he did not. It should not be expected that a homeowner will dig under mulch to ensure that the expected soil is present, any more than a homeowner should watch to make sure drywall is correctly installed. As a result, I cannot recommend this company.
