The crew was fastidious in their work -- nothing was overlooked, and every detail was handled with care. What really stood out was how assuring they were throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at every step, proactively answered questions before we even had to ask, and made sure we always knew what to expect next. That kind of communication is rare and incredibly appreciated when you're navigating a stressful situation. They were also timely -- showed up when they said they would and completed the work on schedule without cutting corners. If you're looking for a restoration company that treats your home like their own and puts the customer first, look no further. Swift Restoration has earned a customer for life. Highly recommended.

The…read moremen who did the manual labor to treat our mold and water damage were excellent, hardworking, and professional. All 3 stars is because of y'all My issue is entirely with management. After my insurance company caused complications that led to First Call terminating the job which I understood, I received an invoice in May of last year. I paid that balance in full with two separate checks within two weeks. I have the receipts, the copies of the checks, and the bank statements showing exactly when First Call cashed them. After a full year of zero communication, I woke up today to a voicemail and email threatening to send me to collections within 48 hours. They claimed they had been "trying to reach me" for 12 months, which is untrue. I checked my call logs and my email history; there was absolutely nothing. When I called and provided my proof of payment and the exact dates they cashed my checks, they admitted the "error" was simply because someone forgot to check a box in their system. It is incredibly stressful and offensive to have your credit threatened because a company can't be bothered to check their own bank deposits before sending out threats. As a veteran, I live by a standard of integrity and doing your due diligence. Relying on a "checked box" as the Bible instead of doing actual research is lazy and unprofessional. Do better, not just for your customers, but for the reputation of the guys out there doing the actual work.

They were efficient, easy to work with and reliable. I worked with Idan, the PM who came by for the original estimate. He was informative, made helpful suggestions and answered all of my questions. Rat infestation in my garage (never had rats before so didn't know the proper process)…read more I had to dispose of half the items in my garage. Junk removal took care of that job & removed the rat poop. Then I called A2Z to clean everything assuming that's all I'd have to do. Last night I saw a giant rat run across my garage so now I've paid $3500 to hazmat clean the 1/2 my garage but still have a rat infestation. I'm now working with a rat removal service but before A2Z allowed me to hire them & get in contract they should have advised me to be sure to complete the proper step beforehand of ensuring the rat infestation was resolved. Now i'm out $3500 for an unnecessary garage cleaning and still have a rat infestation. As a new homeowner (or any homeowner) I'd assume a good business would make sure I've done the pre work (in this case rat infestation elimination) before accepting the job. That's in my view a shitty thing to have done to me as the client. Really disappointed because they seemed professional throughout the process. So for this reason of not holistically proactively making sure the proper prep was done I cannot rate this business any higher than a 2 star. I'm not angry I am however very disappointed and feel that I've been tricked. I cannot recommend this business.

They quotes 3k to put up drywall and flooring. Anyways, they had taken out out flooring from bathroom and did not have replacement. The flooring company discontinued the product and our flooring connected bathroom to living room. When asked they had no plans, their 3k plan did not include how they would fix it. It was a mess. In November 2025, a faucet in an upstairs laundry room was left running (by yours truly, my bad), resulting in a flood in the laundry room that ran through the floor and into the ceiling and walls of the dining room located below the laundry room. FloodDry visited within hours of my call, gave a fair quote, and started the next day. They isolated the rooms with plastic sheeting, put protective paper lining on the floors, and then removed the wet drywall and baseboards in the laundry room and the wet drywall in the ceiling and walls of the dining room. They used their sensors and experience to identify what was wet and how much drywall to remove. Then, they deployed fans and dryers to fully dry the wet walls and rooms. Three days later, both rooms were completely dry. They then removed all of the plastic sheeting and floor paper and swept and vacuumed until the rooms were spic and span clean. Terrific job all around - done professionally and for a fair price. In June 2026, we noticed some strange discoloration and water stains in the ceiling of a downstairs room located below an upstairs bathroom. First call I made was to FloodDry. By 5PM the same day, I had a quote and the next day work started. The FloodDry team - the same two fellows who had done the work in November 2025 - removed the ceiling in the downstairs room. Worst nightmare: It was a leaking toilet in the upstairs bathroom and the discoloration was mildew (and a lot worse stuff) that had deposited on the ceiling of the downstairs room. FloodDry's first task was to fully remove all of the affected ceiling drywall and crown molding and clean the affected ceiling areas. Then, FloodDry referred me to plumbers, who arrived on short notice and fixed the toilet leak by installing a new toilet mounting plate in the upstairs bathroom and installing new sewage lines below the toilet in the ceiling of the downstairs room. Once the plumbing work was done, the FloodDry team returned and re-cleaned the affected areas in the ceiling of the downstairs room. Next, they installed fans and dryers in the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs room to completely dry the affected areas. They checked the progress over the next few days and by day four everything was dry. Again, FloodDry did a great job cleaning the two rooms once the drying was complete. Finally, FloodDry referred me to a drywall contractor, who replaced the ceiling in the downstairs room. Again, terrific work all around - done professionally and for a fair price.
