A closed location at 11.30am on a Friday morning

How can you have breakfast on your menu and you're not even open at 11.30am? Very disappointed and not a good first experience for an out of tower visiting Columbus

Store front in the GCCC Food Court

There are only a few places you can go in the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) Food Court that is not a chain restaurant. One of them is Mykonos Gyros. The couple that run this place is Greek and the food is home made. The Dolmades are like the ones I ate in Crete and the Baklava is also delish. The Gyros was good also.

Awful! Gyros loaded with dill (I was expecting a wonderful tzatziki) - everything was cold and bland. Do not eat here.

Super friendly service. They obviously take pride in what they do. Will return next time I'm at the convention center.

This is the only place in Columbus I go for gyros. The french fries that comes with it are just as delicious.

They are proud to have been in the show as they should be. There are so many choices. We got the dolmades, a gyro and some calamari. We also got rice pudding and a pecan baklava to go. The greeters were very friendly offering up suggestions for our order. Neat little place with a whole lot going on inside! Even has Guy painted on the back so don't miss him!

Generous portions for the King and just the right amount of onion. Some places go too strong with the onion. The standout was the sauce! Just had a nice garlicky zing to it. The fresh cut fries were a little greasy but still good. The sleeper was that Greek Custard tho. When you walk in you have a case of temptations staring at you. The custard got my attention. Cold and dense custard wrapped in filo dough then topped with cinnamon and honey drizzle. Dang. This thing played with my emotions. Just so good and sticky. I would make a trip here just for this. It all came to about $22 with a can of Diet Coke and it hit the spot. The gyro was in the top 3 I've ever had, the fries I didn't really care for, the dessert selection I would make a special trip for. Solid 4 Stars

The owner also checked with us to see how our food was. The baba ghanoush, hummus and bread were an awesome choice for starters! The baba ghanoush is the best we have ever had! The bread was warm and fresh! The roasted lamb, lamb chops and chicken tawook were our favorite entrees! The garlic sauce was so delicious! The rice was excellent and we loved the red cabbage, pickled turnips, red onion, pickle and tomato that came with the entrees! All utensils and plates and water are serve-yourself near the door. At lunchtime on a warm Saturday in spring they had a steady trickle of guests coming in. The person who took our order thanked us for supporting them. Food was quick and very fresh. I had 1/2 tabbouleh salad and za'atar French fries. The tabbouleh is more heavy on the greens than the grain which was a refreshing change to me. It was dressed in a bright, fresh lemony dressing. More than I could eat in one sitting. The French fries are maybe dipped in batter and fried. I'm not sure. But they are super crispy on the outside and fluffy inside - delicious. The ambiance is casual with various TV screens showing different shows and Middle Eastern music playing on the speakers. The interior is simple but warm and inviting with minimal but fun decor. While the prices are a bit higher than I would have expected, I could see myself returning for dinner.
