Crazzy Greek 2 - Grilled Chicken Gyro Bowl - Greek Near Me - Hilliard, Ohio

Food here was really good! I had a regular gyro that was really overfilled, but delicious! Her & I split the large Greek fries, which were crispy & tasty. She had the Chicken Shawarma. She said it was SO good. Great taste! The service was outstanding. We were the only people eating in on Saturday night at 6:30, but the owner(?) & Alex waited on us & we wanted for nothing. Both came up & talked to us to find out if there was more they could do for us. Just extremely nice people. The location is in a large strip mall with nearby parking. It's a relatively large restaurant with a typical Greek theme painted on the walls. Nice clean, ambiance to eat in. Definitely give this place a try if you like Greek. I think we're going to try to eat our way through their menu! Excellent & under appreciated gem. read more

They don't follow u.s. food policies. Food needing to be 6 inches off the ground is for safety. A lot of people get sick eating there. Go at your own risk. read more

Great food and service!! Lovely painted walls and open comfy space made for a beautiful dining experience. For an appetizer try the Garlic Feta Fries and entree the Pasticcio, Talipia Bowl or Lamb Kebab. We will definitely be coming back!! read more

Solid Greek cuisine for those looking for a range of gyros and great fries! You won't be disappointed in your choice to grab fresh greek food from this establishment. Friendly staff too! read more

This is the perfect place for a fun date night, a family night, or just to grab some take out. The food is good every time! Boring and bland are two words that are definitely not in there vocabulary. With options for everyone, this is the perfect place to take a vegetarian or anyone with dietary restrictions. With large serving sizes and a taste you just can't beat, this is by far the best Greek restaurant in town. To top it all off the service here is unmatched. The second you walk in the door you are treated like family. It is the perfect balance of being checked on enough to get what you need but also enjoy your food in peace. Cannot recommended this place enough! read more

Stopped here for a quick bite because it looked a lot quieter than the Mexican restaurant. WOW! Lemon chicken soup, falafel on a Greek salad and hummus are all SO good! I ordered some baba after trying their hummus because I KNOW it will be great! Can't wait to get it home for my daughter to try! Service was also FANTASTIC!! New favorite Greek restaurant for SURE!!! read more

One of my favorite restaurants in the Hilliard area. The food is so fresh and delicious. The owners are such a nice family. I love the kafta greek salad, the hummus chicken shawarma, the pasticio, the garlic feta fries, and the desserts. I have liked everything I've tried. read more

I'm always on a mission to keep trying new Greek restaurants. I personally grade them on two things, their gyro meat and of course....their French fries. I had seen some great reviews about their spicy gyro meat so I decided to give it a try and WOW it was good. The meat itself is tender and the spicy topping adds a whole new level of deliciousness. I will go back simply for the gyro meat, it was unique and so good. Now, Greek restaurants always have incredible fries, we all know this. But sadly, these were just okay. They were lightly seasoned and didn't have a ton of flavor but they were okay. Regardless, if you like spicy meats, try this! It isn't too hot, it's perfect with a slight heat. If you're looking for fair priced, fast Greek food, check this place out! read more

Oh HELL yes! Best gyro in town HUGE portions and great quality. Only critique is the size of their fountain drinks. Very small and mostly ice. Kinda skimpy but food makes up for it big time! Highly recommend. read more

Friendly staff and my food is always spot on. Highly recommend I always get food to go and they are plenty fast enough at lunch time.

I had my first experience at the Crazzy Greek 2 this week. Ever since the Big Fat Greek Kuzina closed in Upper Arlington, I've been in search of a new go-to Greek restaurant. Since this restaurant participates in Yelp Cash Back and has excellent Yelp reviews, I made the trek out to Hilliard for dinner. We ordered the falafel "sandwich" (really pita wrap), jumbo gyro sandwich, 2 orders of greek fries, and an order of hummus appetizer. The food was good and definitely hit the spot. But is it better than some of the other Greek places nearby (for example, Panini Opa)? I'd say they're about equal. So good but not spectacular. The service was ok. Our server wasn't really proactive but when prompted she gave us drink refills and such. Their website has a bunch of coupons... but I was disappointed to see that they're only accepted at their Polaris location. So with all that said, I think this is a fine dining establishment. If I lived in Hilliard, I'd probably come much more often. But I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to travel across town to dine with them. Thus, the 4-star review. read more

The owners are seriously nice people who appreciate and value their customers. We had the fire feta garlic fries, mixed grill and gyro greek salad. It was allllll delicious. They gave us a complimentary rice pudding to try and it was to die for. My husband also got a baklava and he said it was one of the best he's ever had. We will for sure be back! Crazzy Greek II in Hilliard for the win! Spicy Chicken Gyro Bowl is my fave, but everything is fresh and delicious! Huge portions, fast service, and the nicest family run business around! Went after lunchtime, maybe that was the problem.... No one in there, went back to kitchen area to find someone. Ordered a gyro to go at almost $8. It was ok. Not much tzatziki, only toppings were lettuce & banana peppers. I've had SO much better! My first and last visit read more

We were looking for something local for a quick lunch and found crazzy Greek 2! We ordered the tzatziki appetizer, hummus chicken shawarma (small) and hummus beef shawarma (large and spicy). All three came with a side of pita. The tzatziki was wonderful and I wish there was more on the plate! Both the hummus dishes were very flavorful and they didn't skimp on the portions. I loved the peppers along with the chicken and the spices were on point. Items were made ahead but didn't take away from the flavor and we were happy with that as we had limited time for lunch. Several ladies were intrigued by my leftovers when I returned to work and are looking forward to trying this place out! read more

This is one of my favorite greek restaurants of all time! If you like spicy greek food, this is the place to go! I dream about their spicy gyros and no one else even comes close to comparing. This is our favorite date night stop. I love everything about it. The food is excellent and I haven't found anything I don't like. The fire fries are super good. The inside is adorably quaint and quiet. The best part is the owner and his family. They are so sweet and kind. They've given us free food before and I've watched them on multiple occasions give free food to others out of kindness. They have a new baby who sometimes visits the shop and it's the cutest thing watching them work while she naps or sometimes they carry her around. Please support this small business. You'll have a great meal and get to interact with wonderful people. I promise you won't regret it. read more

Can I just say, FRIGGIN YUM? We get Crazzy Greek delivered almost once a week. (Not the healthiest decision on my part) but those spicy fries get me! It's hot when it gets here and never disappoints. Sometimes our gyros get messed up when we order online. It seems like they don't pay too much attention to the specifics. To be honest though, it's so good I'll still eat with the stuff I asked to not be on it. read more

Management here doesn't give AF. They used to be good. Standards have completely dropped as of late. Just waited an hour and a half for cold skimpy gyro that was made incorrectly. Also got some cheese sticks without any damn cheese in them! I was a regular customer but now I'm done with this place. I'll be taking my business to #1 Gyro Shop from now on. My favorite Greek place in Columbus! Their spicy chicken and rice is the best thing ever!!!!!!!

Good kibbie. Good chicken and rice. Pricey for kibbie. Chicken and rice had bone and fat. I don't like that at all.

They mischarged my card and have refused to send me the money for their mistake. Now when I call to get a refund they see me calling and won't answer. Food is good, but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

this place, despite not jumping out as you drive into the plaza is absolutely great. You are always greeted by friendly customer service, the family owned aspect of this business is over the top. The owner and his wife are very friendly and attentive, even better he is excited about the food he cooks, and seldom isn't happy. Their young daughter is friendly and will come up and talk to you, she's a very well spoken girl and took a keen interest in my little one. Overall the food is amazing, definitely eat the garlic feta fries. I'm happy we gave it a try. read more

The best veggie gyro in town with a great variety of toppings, this is always my first choice for Greek food! I always order the Greek fries with just feta and parsley on them, but with a side of house dressing to dip in so that the fries aren't too soggy when it arrives. Being closed on Sunday and Monday is a bummer though, that's when the cravings always seem to hit! read more

OUTSTANDING QUALITY AND SERVICE! Worth stopping in to try something new. I recommend the spicy lamb and the Greek beer Mythos!

This is a review of the new Hilliard location: Crazzy Greek II. I couldn't find the new location on Yelp yesterday to do the review. We had never been to the original location near Polaris, but it had such high reviews we were excited that a location was coming to the Hilliard area. When we entered the restaurant I smelled an odor that just seemed unclean (not appetizing) and it was chilly as if the heat was not on. It's 45 degrees in Columbus today, so we didn't feel a temperature change when entering. They have taken a Mexican restaurant and repainted it to have the Greek atmosphere that you see in most Greek restaurants. We have been to the prior Mexican restaurant enough to see that the only change was some paint regarding any remodeling or updates. Seemed kinda dirty overall. There was one server and the owner trying to manage 4-5 tables, 2 carryout orders and checking people out. The owner was also preparing the food in addition to helping the 1 server. I guess I would think during a grand opening time that you would be sure to be over staffed. This was not the case. I actually felt bad for them because they honestly just needed more hands/help. We both ordered the lunch special-gyro, fries and drink for 7.99. The fries came out probably 10 mins. before the gyro, which was not ideal. The gyro looked amazing and the homemade sauce was DELISH, but the chicken had several pieces of gristle, which completely turns me off! The chicken was very dark too, like very seasoned, which is good but almost black! Just VERY different than any other chicken I have had in a gyro. By the end of our lunch, our server was overwhelmed and it took awhile for boxes and the check-not a huge deal but the poor girl needed help! I blame management. Not a fan, won't be back. First impressions are lasting. *as a side note, there was a guy that was hanging the new sign outside that came into the lobby and was talking very LOUDLY on his cell phone in Spanish. Just loud and rude when you're trying to enjoy your lunch!--go to the back room if you need to make a call! read more

Order their garlic feta fries and their gyros NOW. Their fries are *crazy good*. As is their house sauce. And these are the BEST gyro's I've ever had. Good pita bread, flavorful and moist meat, fresh veggies... Good to the last bite. I've also enjoyed their calamari salad for when I'm trying to pretend I'm healthy. I have dietary restrictions and do a lot of substitutions/sauces on the side and *they've never gotten anything wrong* AND they have food ready for you crazzy quick! read more

Our go-to spot for Greek food. It seems like most people order carry out, so we can always find a table right away if we're eating in. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The garlic fries are killer. They are covered in house/Greek dressing and feta cheese. Pretty sure I could eat them everyday. Everything else here is solid! read more

When I first walked in the owner was cleaning the tables! (Yay cleanliness!) the restaurant felt very clean and had pleasant music playing! The murals on the walls are beautiful and as I waited for my to go order the manager and I discussed all of the hard work and hand painting that went into them! He is a very kind person! And added to the positive experience. The food I tried first was delicious! I preferred the gyro meat, but the chicken was great too! I found the seasonings subtle and pleasant! The chicken was also a good cut of chicken, unlike the fatty or gristly lower quality chicken that I have received elsewhere. The foods appearance was very appetizing and came out very hot! I will report back when I try the rest of my food! read more
