My glasses were glued at the lens and frames, and they insisted that I had done this. I did not glue my glasses. When I told them I came to them for repair and I didn't try to fix them and glue them as he insuinuated. I was then told , oh then maybe one of your family members glued them then! I was basically called a liar and treated with disrespect and a horrible attitude. After I became upset with how the situation was handled by him, I was told to never come back. This is a Mom and Pop group that has a few stores on the island, one in Great Neck, Plainview and Queens. I decided to do my yearly eye appointment with them and it was smooth and enjoyable. The prescription lenses turn around was crazy, the next day, which happened because they have a machine on site that can cut the lenses into the frames you want on the spot, and it did a great job, these are the clearest glasses I own. Will be returning for future sunglasses acquisitions, and recommend those in the neighborhood to work with Nostlgc!

My mom went today for herself for a separate issue and nobody even attempted to explain to her again that they are not eligible to diagnose or treat this condition. Instead hey said it'll be $89 and they will see her just to do nothing and refer to ophthalmologist. I know they probably labeled her as an "annoying customer from yesterday" and saw her just to shut her up. But this is just so wrong because I know how hard my mom works for that $90 dollars.
